Hope no one minds me doing this......Smile

The cheese sauce may not be as bad as you think.
A jar is about 20 and home made not far off the same. You didn't eat the full batch. If its 10 Max I'd be surprised.Smile

mommathatwearspink · 19/06/2015 13:06

Can I join you all please? Smile

I lost 2st on SW in 2013 before I became preganat with my DD (15 months). I wasn't at target but quite happy with how my body was starting to look. Unfortunately that weight has piled back on.

I rejoined group on 04/06/2015 and have lost 3lb so far. I weigh in on Thursday evenings.

My food diary for today...

Breakfast - 1 sachet Oats So Simple Multigrain Fruit Muesli (hexb) made with 140ml semi-skimmed milk (part hexa) and 1 tbsp Nutella (4)

Lunch - Mugshot Roast Chicken, Mullerlight Banana & Custard, Kiwi

Dinner - Beef stir fry (extra lean beef strips, Sharwoods Medium Egg Noodles, various stir fry vegetables, soy sauce, herbs and spices)

Total Weekly Syns - 4/70

FannyFanakapan · 19/06/2015 21:38

I know I should, calzone, but this week has been just awful and Im resetting the clock from tomorrow - or maybe SUnday because we are having a picnic tomorrow!

This week I have been off plan because of family situation - foslings who are very underweight - distressingly so - and I'm trying to fatten them up - and some nights I just don't have the energy to cook for myself, so end up eating with them. Need to get some ready meals in and plan better. Also, my teen sons and teen FC seem to have stepped up their food consumption and there is nothing left in my fridge - again!

calzone · 19/06/2015 22:48

B.....Heb Kingsmill thin
2 eggs
Beans
3 Turkey rashers

Sn......melon pot

L.....jacket potato, beans, Mexican chicken, spinach
Frozen fruit

morning all! I have been off plan for days - today is a brand new day and I have 4 days to fix some of the damage before weigh in.

calzone · 22/06/2015 19:07

I am currently eating the most delicious chicken, vegetable pasta bake which has a creamy garlicky sauce and is completely Syn free.
