5 years ago, I lost 3 stone on slimming world and I looked and felt amazing, however on rejoining Sw on Friday, i have put it all back on + another 2stone since my dad died in November. I am horrified but 100% determined....... Am following red and green as that is what worked for me before. Come on ladies, words of encouragement please!

Hi All,

Looking for some motivation with the Slimming World healthy eating plan. Since having my daughter who is now 4, I have been a ranged between 10st 4lbs (post pregnancy) to 8st 10lbs, my lightest last November. I am 5ft 2inches. If I don't watch my diet, the weight creeps on.

Most recently I have been a steady 9st 5lbs. I joined in the gym in April and was doing 3 exercise classes a week and following the SW plan (at home) but the scales stayed at 9st 5lbs! I got disheartened, had a busy few weeks, didn't go to the gym and could feel the weight creeping back, as I am small it shows quickly! Over the last three weeks I have been doing classes 3 times a week at the gym. I lost 2lbs in the first week and 3lbs in the 2nd week leaving me bang on 9st (weighed myself Sat).

I want to make sure I carry on, I don't just want to lose the weight I really want to get toned. I work full time so have to fit in classes on a Sunday morning and two in the evening throughout the week. I seem to get stuck at this weight, my goal weight is 8 stone 5. I enjoy ready everyone's tips and stories. It keeps me motivated!
