There are lots of SW posts which I love reading but was finding it difficult to remember where to post my weigh in and menus for the day.

Hope no one minds me doing this......Smile

I am Calzone and I am 5ft 6'. I joined SW last week and weighed in at 14st 3lbs.
I am doing Dry January and think I have been pretty good this week with my food choices.....

Food today
B......fruit/tea with sk milk
L...2 bread, beans, 2 eggs
D....DH is doing Lebanese and promises it is SW friendly.Smile

So, if you want to do the same.....post and share, otherwise this will be my SW experience.SmileSmile

b: eggs, toast (hex B)
L: Leftover meatloaf - 1 syn plus 1/2 hex A, potatoes, salad. extra light mayo (1 syn).
D: salmon teriyake, noodles, stir fry veg. 1 syn for oil. Mullerlight.

Sn: 3 salaminis, 3 syns

1/2 hex a as milk in tea.

6 syns total

L: ryvita (hex b)with SW salmon pate, and cucumber, ff yoghurt and fruit
D: leftover curry (1 s- flour) with SW chips.

Syns- 7- 1 sugar in tea/ 1 flour/ 1 blue riband

Need to buy SW bars I think! Has anyone the recipe for syn free raspberry mousse I saw above?

First weigh in tomorrow- am nervous- tried really hard all week but Saturday night out could have ruined me! Confused

Syn free raspberry mousse.....

Sugar free jelly
Ff fromage frais

Make jelly up to 1/4pt.

Whisk in fromage frais and leave to set.
Serve with fruit.

Very low salad dressing......

1tbsp light mayo
Quark
Grain mustard

Stir together. Voilà!! Smile

Todays food was.

Scrambled egg beans & bacon
Salad with 15g grated cheese (hexa)
1 sw Thai chicken burger - in the bin, they are vile.
1 slice wm bread (half hex b) peanut butter 2syns.
Banana & Muller light. pineapple slices.
Steak egg sw wedges peas & mushrooms.

L: Morrocan tagine (2 syns) with 1 slice bread (3 s). Mullerlight,
D: Chicken fajita salad with salsa (1/2 s) and babybel light cheese (1/2 hex A)
Sn: apple.

Late breakfast - Bacon & egg sandwich. Brown sauce.
D - Tuna and sweetcorn, lighter than light mayo, Jacket potato. Salad. Fat free vinaigrette.

Snacks - apples x2 strawberries x4

Syns - flora light (0.5), Sugar in tea(2) Mayo (2) Daddies (1) = 5.5

HexA - milk in tea
HexB - Wholemeal bread

Hi everyone haven't been on here for a while but I am back at it now and determind to stick to it so here goes
Monday
B-2 alpen light + 1 coffee 70ml milk

L-ham omellet with 60ml milk and carrots broccoli cauliflower and sprouts

Snack 2 tangerines

D - made jacket potato with beans and some salad ate 2 mouthfuls and daughter took it off me so ended up with a aldi fat free yogurt orange and chocolate sprinkles
1 coffee 70ml milk

Tuesday
B-1coffee 70ml

L-ham omellet with vegetables

D-cooked chickpea dahl loaf recipe off sw website with some salad

today
B-1 alpen light + 1 coffee 70ml milk

L-bacon 2 eggs beans grilled tomatoes and 2 asda vegetable sausage

D-made the big mac in a bowl
1 aldie fat free cherry yogurt

drank loads of glasses of water and haven't stopped running back and forth the toilet LOL

Does anyone know if asda vegetable sausage have any syns
also do you think I maybe having to much milk?

Milk is 250mls semi skimmed
300mls 1% fat.
350mls skimmed.
I use the 1% as its not quite as watery like skimmed, using a 50 ml medicine measure for each tea. I can get 5 cups a day and a grate of cheese for hex a.

L: sushi (3.5 syns) muller light
D: sw nacho feast of sorts - sw chips, chicken fajita and veg leftovers, primula light cheese (hex A) - thanks for the recommendation Calzone....!

sn: 1 light babybel (2s), apple, peach, pear. FF greek yogurt.

Milk in tea (3 syns). No hex B.

8.5 syns today. Weigh in tomorrow...after last weekend, I'll be happy to maintain.

Brunch: poached egg on wm bread (hexb) grilled bacon medallions, tinned toms, beans, Tom sauce

Dinner: bacon and red pepper Omelette with cheese (hexa) salad and ff vinaigrette

Snacks: apple x2, strawberries.

Today seems to have been all about the bacon and eggs. I really need to watch how much red meat I'm eating. Think I might just make veg omelettes from now on.

Syns: Flora light 1.5, Tom sauce 1, milk, sugar 2. 5 = 5

Lost 1.5 at weigh in yesterday, same as last week.

B - 2 bananas, yoghurt
L - potato, cottage cheese, salmon, tomato, 2 satsumas
D - Spag bol, spaghetti, strawberries, quark, meringue nest

HexA - 3 Babybel lights

Syns - Aldi twizzle ice lolly (2.5), french fries crisps (4), meringue nest (2.5), red wine (6).
= 15 syns

Hi playing. I made my own Marie rose using 2 tbsp 0% fromage frais, 1tbsp tomato sauce, squeeze of fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. The tomato sauce was the syn.
