Code 400 is back. I've cleared my data for the last 7 days AGAIN. Let's see how long it lasts Hmm

Yes for me to in Chrome. Cleared cache again 😡

There was a screenshot posted the other day with instructions on a different route to clear the cookies etc - it's worked for me so far, where the other method didn't. I can't find it now but if you click where I've shown in the photo you can do it from there

Thanks all. We know clearing cache/cookies has helped some people temporarily, but it’s clearly not fixing the issue for everyone, and for some of you the error is coming back very quickly.

We’re sorry, we know this is hugely frustrating. We’ve been investigating further today and now think the issue is connected to cookies/browser data building up in a way that can push requests over a limit, which then triggers the 400 errors. We’ve managed to mitigate this for some users, but we haven’t fully solved the root cause yet.

Because this is happening browser-side, it’s very difficult for us to see exactly what’s going on from our end. It would be incredibly helpful if one or two people who are currently experiencing the issue would be willing to jump on a short screen share call with someone from our dev team, so we can see what’s happening in real time and inspect the browser behaviour safely.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can do this on a desktop or laptop, as we’ll need to look at what’s happening with cookies in the browser, which is much harder to do on mobile. We wouldn’t need anything complicated from you, and we wouldn’t ask you to share anything sensitive.

We’re mainly trying to understand what page/action triggers the error, and what happens to the cookies/browser data when the error appears.

If you’d be willing to help, please post here or message MNHQ. Thanks again for bearing with us - we know this isn’t good enough and we’re actively working on it.

MN Users: we are having this 400 issue mainly on our mobile phones. To the point we can barely use the website.
MN: If we could just get one of you having problems to speak to use and use their laptop because it's too difficult to do the same with mobiles.

Er well the problem is primarily with mobiles having an issue and those of us having the issue can't get back on the website to see this message because we are 400ed on our mobiles.

(I can still only get one post in on my mobile before getting 400ed. I had absolutely no problems whatsoever last night on my laptop).

Perhaps HQ could listen to what's being said rather than asking to try and fix a problem where it doesn't exist.

spoke too soon, you can't do it from there on chrome, macbook. I can only clear whole cache 😭😡

Following. MN works on one of my Android phones but not the other one!

Pancakeflipper · 18/05/2026 18:40

OMG .... I have accessed the site without going incognito.......

limetrees32 · 18/05/2026 18:57

Could everyone who works for MN try accessing the site by mobile phone?
In the hope that the same error will arise and provide more info to MN on the problem?

Things have been much better the last couple of days and it is now functioning.

MattTech · 20/05/2026 16:01

Hi all...

We're pretty sure we've managed to put in place a solution to stop this happening.

If you do have any more problems, please let us know so we can take a look.

Thanks

Matt
