Board for high earners

I see that the other thread was started by an OP who wasn’t engaging in good faith. I certainly am so, Mumsnet, can we please have a separate board for high earners? It would be helpful for these threads to be in one place and to avoid them being high jacked by the inevitable “small violin” and “diamond shoes” comments.

I don't think this would be a good idea. Why not a board for those with second homes or for those worried about inheritance tax changes. Or worried about losing their status as non doms. There is enough silly boasting as it is.

I think the best thing to do is have it a subscription only board. Set a decently high price. That should weed out the riff raff

People are people, no need to be a wanker if you’ve got something you don’t think other people have.

Why not rename all of the rest of the boards with the prefix ‘Peasant’ while you’re at it. So ‘Peasant Style & Beauty’ ‘Peasant Chat’, and so on.

I would say a PhD only from Oxbridge.
I met someone once with a PhD from Birmingham! Can you imagine?!

Do posters qualify if it’s their DH earning that rather than them?
