Format change

Hi, my format has changed where before it was an old style where I could just see the last few threads but now when I click on what I'm on, it's showing me everything.

When I came on mumsnet today, it forced me to login again and then the format has changed. How can I go back to the original? I'm on an android phone.

You can change that. Click on the down arrow next to Talk, then customise.

I'd say we'll be used to it fairly quick. Like any change!!

All I need to do is figure out how to get to the last post in a thread, so far I'm going to the start or middle (of a whole three attempts).

Fairly slowly in my case, I’m not an early adopter . . .

Actually it's growing on me already I quite like the layout.
Few things need fixing, like showing threads I've clicked on and having the date show as today or yesterday in posts (I was very confused that apparently this all happened on the 20th and I only just noticed, until I realised that was today!).

You can no longer jump to the last page in a thread, which makes long threads unusable.

The gap between posts is bigger which means I have to scroll much more as I read/ skim quite quickly. It's very annoying. The bold font for thread titles is high contrast and also very annoying.

On the app my posts aren't highlighted in another colour, they are all the same.

And why even though you have the options, ‘im on’ and ‘im watching’ yet you’ve still lumped all the threads in im watching anyway!
whats the point in having the two options if you’re still going too dump all of them in there anyway!

You say you'll get used to it but I use the MoneySavingExpert forums a lot and am still not used to the forum changes that were made years ago. Awful. I never understand why something that works well needs to be changed. Every time I click on my notifications here I'm getting the oops message and I hate this new layout. I might 'get used' to it but I will never prefer it to the other one.
