I've just logged into Twitter for the first time in months. 'I've' followed some dodgy accounts so I've deactivated it. So the hackers have got my details. Do mnhq have a list of all usernames and passwords published?

LibrariesGaveUsP0wer · 26/08/2015 21:25

Anyfucker- you totally win. I adore Margaret Atwood.

Simurgh · 26/08/2015 21:33

The thread below (about two thirds of the way down this very board) has a version of The List, MummySparkle. The OP of that thread put them in alphabetical order and removed passwords and IP addresses. (And email addresses for MNHQ staff.) It's not necessarily a comperehensive list though - there may be other information out there for all we know.

STOP! Hammer time.....

BIWI · 26/08/2015 22:50

Barack Obama follows me.

BIWI · 26/08/2015 22:51

... because, of course, he is clearly interested in knowing about all manner of trivial stuff, wants to see pictures of my kittens and is on a low carb diet Grin

MummySparkle · 26/08/2015 23:55

simurgh thank you for sharing that again. I hadn't spotted it. I'm not on the list. Maybe it's just a weird coincidence with my Twitter or maybe I did actually look at Twitter in the middle of the night whilst half asleep and don't remember doing it Blush

Macadaamia · 27/08/2015 00:56

What's with the weird pic he's just posted on Twitter.... Some poor kids with a bloodied face holding a mask

TooScaredToPostPostHack · 27/08/2015 01:13

MNHQ- I don't know of someone's trying to clone the log in/copy passwords again, but using mumsnet on my phone it strangely says I'm not logged in, but from knowing what happened last time, instead of clicking log in, I clicked on threads I'm in and I'm back to showing as logged in without doing so.
Might just be a bug but this is what happened to me last time, and I ended up on the list

Macadaamia · 27/08/2015 01:26

Wouldn't surprise me, dadsec is active right now. He's busy posting on Twitter and I'm quite concerned about his latest pic of a child

TooScaredToPostPostHack · 27/08/2015 01:32

It's exactly the same as last time, last time I didn't think anything of it. Just a glitch that logged me out, this time I was wary and glad I didn't go to log in again. Can't keep up with my password changes, and if I have gin I've got no chance!

Lweji · 27/08/2015 01:34

Anyone up to updating the Evening Standard on the actual name of the hacker? Wink

Macadaamia · 27/08/2015 01:39

What's his actual name?

Lweji · 27/08/2015 01:44

Oh, you know, just Jeff.

Ambiorixa · 27/08/2015 06:11

That picture is quite disturbing. What if Jeffrey has been abused by a woman in his life. Could explain his motive. No excuse for any of this though...

twirlypoo · 27/08/2015 06:21

Oh, you know, just Jeff.

That latest pic (whilst vile) is obviously designed to get us all up in arms. Target a Parenting site = use photo of hurt child.

Pipbin · 27/08/2015 08:32

That picture is just something he has found online.

I've been getting the thing too of looking like I'm logged out and then clicking to log in and not needing to enter any details.

GudrunBrangwen · 27/08/2015 08:51

Just ignore him. Don't bother thinking about it. Don't feed the troll.

FlyingPirate · 27/08/2015 09:01

I agree with Gudrun, don't feed the troll; just ignore it. He's posted it for a reaction.

TiredButFineODFOJ · 27/08/2015 09:10

It's a child maybe 11-13 years with a bleeding nose and a broken guido fawkes mask - the ones usually worn by "anonymous" supporters on protest marches.
Chances are that the kid was attacked wearing the mask (which has a piece missing by the nose) hence he has taken it off.
By saying "this is me" he's making out he is an adolecent who is affiliated with anonymous. No great shakes, except anonymous protesters are always banging on about police brutality so seems strange they like swatting people

howtorebuild · 27/08/2015 09:48

The urban dictionary has a grim view on a bloody nose.

GudrunBrangwen · 27/08/2015 09:51

Oh stop being so cryptic! Say what you mean.
