Morning :) - Well after my Glenn Close bunny boiling episode yesterday - its all ok with Mr Homeless. I do believe his phone ran out of charge, we sent a few messages last night, then he sent me a voice note on WhatsApp - I was so scared to listen to it - but, he has a lovely voice and it was a lovely note, he just wanted to say hi, and for me to put a voice to who I have been messaging, it wasnt cringey in the slightest.

Im no good at leaving voice notes I just bumble along like Boris, so I asked if we could chat on the phone - we talked for 2 and a half hours, it just flowed, we have both been through similar things this past year, and it was just really really refreshing. We have both hidden our profiles on Tinder, and he messaged me after the convo, and said it was really lovely, he really enjoyed it, and he is hoping we can talk today too all good in the hood hope it doesnt go tits up

Luckily I avoided a call but we have arranged a date for next weekend. He kept hinting about meeting( I think he was anxious with lockdown etc how I would react) so I just suggested a walk next weekend and he jumped at the chance!

Still not swapped numbers but we were messaging all last night and seem to have a lot in common / similar etc.

Thanks @bangheadhere40 - We have suggested meeting when restrictions are lifted slightly, we live in different towns, so not close enough to be local, and I dont think either of us want a fine! - But we are trying to agree on a box set to watch together when we can.

So happy it is going well for you too . Makes a change a couple of us have some good news! Are you going to suggest a call before you meet up?

Lol - Well I dont want to push a meet up with him as he has to have regular covid tests due to his job, and I would feel terrible if I happened to pass anything on to him not that I have got it, or he got a fine for travelling when he shouldnt, Im not even sure of dates that we can travel for a walk?

I always find a walk awkward anyway...would much rather meet for a drink but that's months away.

I also have a small update... had another video catch up with mr work yesterday as he made me feel bad by saying he felt sad id cancelled all the ones he sent... it was actually really fun and he was a lot more cheery than the last time, made a big effort .. im not sure it will ever lead to antything but hes a great guy, there’s a bit of a spark, i feel like he does actually give a shit and is a kind and caring person (which is rare for me as im usually very cynical about men lol) we get on well, and its something i want to hang onto.. so although not a huge bit of passion, its something thats uplifted me and made me feel like its not completely hopeless out there 💗
