So basically I experienced missed miscarriage, got cheated on, emotionally abused and dumped by my ex three months ago. I felt destroyed , literally broken for the first month but now I am starting to feel stronger (thanks to the supportive people on mumsnet who commented on my threads) . Trouble is I’ve been comfort eating since the break up and have put on 3 stone. 😱
I am always usually in good shape and have competed before.

Anyways long story short I’m goIng to start training again from Monday, with the aim to get my six pack back! I thought it would be nice if maybe others wanted to achieve a revenge body then I could help you with diet/ training and we can all support each other and get in shape for the festive season (Christmas party dresses ahoy) . I am not going to charge anyone for this obviously (before anyone starts to think of this as a plug for Personal training , I don’t do it for a living ). 😬

I'm assuming if I can't manage 20 minutes faster cardio initially, then whatever I can manage will have some benefit at least, while I build up my stamina smile @anunseemlylovefordustin yes! For sure! Even if it’s just 5 mins to start with , then build up to 10 and so on . You can do it ☺️ Xx

@TinaMinion I’m 5’6 , in that picture I weigh 60kg at the moment I have a lot of fluff Blush I’ll be defo posting my diet so you guys can get an idea of what I eat . Then you can adapt it as you see fit ☺️ Xx

I am currently 20 weeks pregnant so can't join in even though I would love to!! Would like to keep tabs so I can get motivated once bump is born. I am already piling on the pounds 🙈

Can I join, had a hysterectomy two days ago and the disease I had caused a two stone weight gain. I think I've lost a fair bit due to my very swollen uterus being removed and I have to be careful re exercise but am desperate to have my figure back!

It's revenge on my uterus!

Ok so here are the screen shots taken from my fitness pal app for breakfast , lunch and dinner.

The oats I have with skimmed milk.
The phd whey is a protein shake , you can use any protein shakes you want just check out the carbs/sugars in them. Alternatively you don’t have to have shakes if you don’t want . It’s completed your choice , just sharing my diet for anyone who’s interested.

The chicken in mushroom sauce with baby potatoes is a Tesco’s microwave meal Blush i do usually love to cook but with work and it just being myself now I find these really easy and fairly cheap. Again this is just to give you guys an idea and you don’t need to follow it , you can you do your own alternatives , just be mindful of the calorie count Smile hope this helps. It adds up to 1502 Calories xxx

Thanks for your start. I meant to say I am very sorry to hear of your mc. I also had one between my two kids so understand how devastating it is and also good riddance of the bf. You deserve much more and better than him. I am 5'4 and 78kg and looking to lose at least 20kg. Before the kids I was 54kg but three pregnancies back to back wasn't very kind to my body! How long do you think it will take you to lose the weight? I am hoping to get to goal by May next year when my daughter will be one. Can then start ttc for number 3 Blush

In terms of the weight loss , if I stick to the diet and fasted cardio then 2-3 months ought to do it easily . I think you’ll be able to pull off your goal easily too with the time frames you have in mind Smile xx

DH and I are splitting up and im move out with DD miles away to be closer to her school - terrified!

I won’t have a bike but can I go for a quick 20 minute run instead? Am 58kg would love to get to 50

I love this post!! Thank you lovely! I went through a horrendous breakup last year and I also comfort ate and gained 2 stone! I hate having to do it all over again now. Angry

I've eased myself back into it this week by walking loads and taking note of calories (not macros) but next week I will start consuming 120G of protein again and light weights. I'm going away for two weeks in December on an all inclusive and then it's Christmas so I want to lose at least a stone before then! Lets do this girls [green]

@OohOohMrPeevly fasted cardio is doing cardio before you’ve eaten your breakfast . This way your body has no choice but to directly burn fat for the energy (instead of using the breakfast as it’s energy) ☺️ Xx

I won't be joining you this time, I'm not mentally there yet with 2 small DC but I achieved a hell of a revenge body after a break up once and caught the asshole ex mouth open staring at me on a night out.

Thanks. Im curious though, why do you want a "revenge body" when you clearly had an amazing body when he cheated on you etc and You put the 3 stone on after you split up.
