My Dh died this morning and I don't know how to go on

But I will because I have to, because I have 4 incredible dc he loved.

I'm so so sad, didn't see it coming this time. Been lots of occasions in the past when we thought we'd lose him but he fought back and pulled through. Too much for him this time. One month today we would have been married 24 years.

Being self indulgent posting but I'm trying to put on brave front for dc even though 3 of them are adult and trying to be brave for me. We all loved him so much.

I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. Speaking from experience (I lost my DH a few years ago now - it still feels like yesterday at times), yes be brave when you can for your children but please please take some time for yourself - to cry, to think, to remember all the amazing times you had together. I hope you have a good support network there to help you all. Sending you much love.

So sorry for your loss. It might be hard to sleep for awhile whilst you are in shock. Don't feel you have to be too brave for the DC it's ok to cry in front of and with them. It's also ok to need some time alone to wail if you need. Brew Flowers
