Glad you are not suffering with a hangover, mine has finally started to go and am dosed up on lemsip as cold has now appeared - punishment .

Now I have name changed (I think) and also created a profile page but I need to change it as it says I have no kids and joined in 2009 - I joined 2004 (I remember as I logged on to get advice about mc) and have 2 DS which are currently playing Fifa 11.

I will email MHHQ but if you know a simple way to change it that would be great

Tes - just go into your profile, set up profile I think and you can erase what is in there and put the up to date stuff in.

I have yet to have the chat with DH about my terrible drinking in case he brings up the other night - God I'm a coward but I have said I have a craving for Diet Coke and he has just gone to shops and bought some lemons and limes to go with it !!

Dare I ask about date night at the Mouse house!? My night is purely about Strictly and have persuaded DH to watch it with me!

Hi everyone,
Well, it's been a rough kind of day - it's my own fault. DD vomiting with her tonsils being so enlarged, me vomiting with this stupid hangover. We've snuggled, watched some television, read stories, and that's about it. Getting through the day and reading the Big Book online. Dp is over tonight to talk - I've been honest about my relapse - am starting to wonder if this ongoing trying to be friends but struggling not to be intimate is in either of our interests. I love him but feel very confused by this.

Date night in the Mouse house is basically a nice dinner cooked by both of us, (taking turns to look after Nemo) a glass of something lush (I only ever have a glass of fizz and let DH have the rest) followed by a night with no MN!!

DD is at my parents as they are coming to see us tomorrow and it's been ages since we made a real effort.

Can you believe it? No MN!

Whatever next.

Diet Coke is my tipple for the evening (other than a glass of fizz)

Other than feeling cold, am ok Mouse, just trying to get last bits and pieces for Christmas. Am so happy to be off work, am flipping exhausted. How's things with you?

very busy day here, DC1 home from uni tomorrow, and so I have changed the beds, sparkled the house, and made a braised lamb shanks recipe from Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall book (should be Hugh F*ing Whittingstall after the time it took!), which will be ready in about 4hrs, and then has to cool overnight.

Very silly of me really, after all they live here!, and know what it's like .

I have just seen that the 1st Bridget Jones film is on tonight, and I have never seen it, so that's my plan. After I have showered the stench of said lamb away (I don't like red meat),but lamb is DC's fave, I plan to tuck up on the sofa under a blanket!

Mouse I hope you've had a lovely evening.

I hope everyone else is ok. I have had a big talk with DP. I don't know what's going on. I love him, he is supportive and caring - but he says he doesn't feel the way he did and can't handle the fact that we never get time to ourselves (am totally single parent). Aargh, it's so difficult.

Going to AA at lunchtime tomorrow though. Really need it.

evening!!, quite an eventful day, been to sil, had to drive to dms afterwards, left dms for the 20 minute journey home, 3 hours later and we have had to abandon the car and are back at dms! - being snowed in with dh = bliss. - being snowed in at parentals house = not bliss!!

so, with any luck i will see you all tomorrow! - take care babes, its bloody awful out there!!
