It's all about him

Can't believe I'm going to even talk about this without namechange but need to know I'm not imagining things. So, dp and I were laughing at the cat who was all snuggled into him this morning and started purring loudly when started to stroke and fuss her. Cue us laughing about how much she's enjoying being fussed.

Dp turns round to me and says 'I haven't been fussed in ages (in little boy voice) meaning sex of course.

We haven't had sex coming on for about a year now which is my fault since I have totally gone off it. Any attempts to talk about it have failed since he refuses to take on board some of the things I don't like/reasons I feel I've gone off the idea completely.

Have talked to gp 4 times now re no libido but other than swapping brands of the pill they don't know what could be causing it so am now stuck for ideas.

Anyway am just absolutely livid since it always seems to be about him him him in the bedroom. That comment earlier just made me so angry. Not 'we haven't done anything for ages, do you feel like it etc, no just He hasn't had it for ages.

All topped off with a wobbling bottom lip face and lots of sighing when i went to make a cup of coffee.

Just so tired of it all being my fault really, thanks for reading this ramble.

Couldn't agree more ElfPants on both counts.

Yes, first Matrix was an original thought but nothing more than that.

Ditto the Twilight twaddle in film or book form, anything remotely vampire related aside from the first Blade film (Snipes does carry off that costume very well :) )

Probably get flamed by Vampire lovers now....

ElfPantsAtMidnightMass · 15/12/2010 10:22

I don't do Twilight, and was forced to watch Blade innumerable times (damn having a mostly male group of friends). But I am a recent convert to True Blood. It is well written and has more fit men than you can shake a stick at.

StuffingGoldBrass · 15/12/2010 10:38

OK hen he comes round for his Playstation, hand it to him at the door and then shut the door in his face.
DOn NOT let him across the threshold, or he wil settle himself down again and you'll have another maddening night of him hovering and whining.

ElfPantsAtMidnightMass · 15/12/2010 10:43

Good idea SGB - have it in a bag ready.

HappyDaysAreHereAgain · 15/12/2010 10:51

Yes Bibi, from now on, It's all about you Xmas Smile

IAmReallyFabNow · 15/12/2010 11:09

Well done for getting rid!

Have a lovely day and DO NOT LET HIM IN THE HOUSE AGAIN.

If you know what time he is coming for his love of his life play-station hang it on the door, outside, a few minutes before he arrives. Hopefully it won't get nicked.

BibiBlocksberg · 15/12/2010 11:27

Mmmhhh...I don't know why but I'm getting the impression I shouldn't let him back in the house.

Very strange, where would I be getting that idea from Grin

There's a shedload more of his stuff in this house including the loft so he will have to make a few more trips unfortunately.

Still it was worth it to his backside out of there for sleeping and living purposes!!!!

Am just in the process of choosing and ordering my new Ipod dock so I can have music everywhere, v exciting!

Just remembered - the box the playstation came in and will be used to re-packaging got peed on by the cat about three nights ago.

Heh, I'm no vampire fan but loved the Buffy series for some reason. Thanks to this thread, have just remembered the library has boxed DVD sets - until it gets axed, natch - so have revised my holiday plans Xmas Grin

WELL DONE, BIBI!
Your life starts ... NOW!! Xmas Smile Xmas Wink Xmas Grin

bloomingnora · 15/12/2010 16:08

Bibi, I am disgusted at the cat pissing on the playstation box. Clearly you are not aiming it properly. It needs to piss inside the playstation.

ElfPantsAtMidnightMass · 15/12/2010 16:36

Bibi - if you haven't seen yet you really have to.

Lydwatt · 15/12/2010 17:57

YYYEEESSS!!!!!

Great news Bibi!!!

Playstation...in peed on box...on doorstep.

Doesn't get much better than that Grin

No but THANK YOU Justthisone that was fascinating :)

BibiBlocksberg · 15/12/2010 20:04

I knew I would incite 'Vampiricide' with my earlier comment :)

He's just gone with this Playstation under his arm plus a few other bits.

Thank god for that, started off really happy, pottering around etc then had a right fit of the 'buu huu's' once he'd gone.

That really frightened one of the cats though so have stopped now Grin

Back to feeling positive about my new life again.

"Angel from Buffy is pretty dam hot....."

Too right!!! I'm not one for mooning over film and TV starts but he is something else.

He's wonderful in Bones too!!

To be honest, in my opion, Jonny and Orlando in 'Pirates' just can't be beaten. i would happily sail away with both of them...large white shirts billowing in the wind and leather trousers ahoy!!

ElfPantsAtMidnightMass · 15/12/2010 20:41

Look, you can have wan-faced Orlando, but I get Johnny. Only in pirate costume though, but I just SO would.

Glad he's bin and gawn Bibi, are you alright?

You realise what this means doncha?

Farewell

Captain

Sorrrrreeeee

BibiBlocksberg · 15/12/2010 20:46

"Glad he's bin and gawn Bibi, are you alright?

I know, still a bit upset atm though.

It'll go, am convinced of that. Mostly just the shock of him caring so little I think.

Must stop it. Ignore me from now on, I've had enough time from everyone here!!

You talking about Orlando reminded be about Viggo Mortenson (sp?) from Lord of the Rings.

Yeo, wouldn't mind hime either :)

Lydwatt · 15/12/2010 20:49

Fightcha Elfpants! He's mine...Wink

Bibi...given any thought to the 'book a holiday with a good friend' idea??? You need some fun!
