All views on The Archers welcome here! New blood welcomed. We don't all agree on all points and most of us are posting tongue in cheek a lot of the time, so don't worry about revealing that you warm to Hazel Woolley, or other unusual views.

Thanks to @LiterallyKnowsBest for the thread title idea. I also liked @LillianGish's suggestion which was Conversions abound and it’s not just Harrison - Lily’s kitchens, Hazel’s flat, Jazzer’s finances, Bert’s bungalow...come and discuss The Archers - are you a convert or could you be converted? and that seems like a good place to kick off this thread.

Who'll get the bungalow? Pip, Josh or A. N. Other?

Will Lily leave the cold calling behind and launch a bid to run LL when Elizabeth hangs up her clipboard?

Will Jazzer become a financial whiz after mastering Tracy's state of the art budgeting techniques, viz, writing it all down in a little notebook with a kitten on the front?

Could we inflict Jennifer on the refugees or have they suffered enough?

Why "inflict"? Jenny would be lovely and sympathetic. I'm sure if she was still in Home Farm Farmhouse she would take refugees in.

Roy and Kirsty might as Roy now has a spare room. Joy has gone AWOL but she might.

I find it difficult to believe Roy would be that feeble about picking up a fish. Has he never cooked a fish? And surely in the hotel business you have to deal with some pretty nasty things that guests leave lying around.

Also, why does he have to go to a vet to work out how to stop the fish jumping out? Just put some sort of grille or mesh over the bowl, FFS. Still, with any luck Jakob or Alastair will tell him to get a proper tank.

That Roy has no interest in caring for Kate in either human or fish form?

Being honest here I’ve never picked up a goldfish but can it really be worse than touching a dead fish or some meat which most non veggies do on a very regular basis? And Kirsty swims in the flipping river she’ll have certainly brushed up against a few fish (and lots of slime!) in her time.

There was a school mum I once knew who reminded me of Kate. Lots of blonde hair held back with scarves, wraparounds and an extraordinary sense of entitlement.

That's a great shout @AlexCabot about ZT. Yes, but more mean and less friendly looking. She has very strong "was a popular girl at school" vibes.

Phoebe is brunette, quite short with her hair up in a messy bun and and undercut or whatever they call it when they shave the lower part of their heads but have it long on top. She desperately wants to be strong and alternative but still reads the Chalet School books in bed and is probably a future green Tory candidate.

My daughter's goldfish jumped out of its tank. Unfortunately, it was too late by the time we found it.
