What about a target? Encapsulates bull(seye) and archery. Could be used across the boards as a sort of approving "Yes! Bullseye!" comment.

Also - speaking as a graphic designer - quite easy to make a small emoticon of it. Nice and round.

Booming, at least the straw hat in that photo isn't as stupid as the ones we had to wear. Ours were stiff, so they never fitted properly or stayed on unless you had a hideous elastic band under the chin to anchor them down.
