Tiggywunkle · 16/11/2011 21:05

I've been drooling over a Bumbleride Indie Twin for ages! There was one in EBay a couple of months ago but it had been well travelled and damaged in-flight! I decided not to buy it!
Thanks for the Qtro info. I didn't have time to hunt earlier. My children have pilfered my iPad and it's not the same on a phone!

suzie38 · 16/11/2011 21:27

Is the B Dual suitable from birth??? Also which seat is best to put a newborn in??? Would a toddler be able to sit in the lower seat if a carrycot was used???

MonkeyJuice · 16/11/2011 21:44

That Roddler looks superb! Love it. Wonder if Elton John has one?

pramsgalore · 16/11/2011 22:12

lol, it would suit him, but it would look much better with me pushing it Grin sadly only in my dreams though, this is one that is def out of my reach Sad

Tiggywunkle · 16/11/2011 22:16

Yes both seats of the B-Dual are suitable from birth. You can in theory put a carrycot on the top with toddler underneath but the people I know who did that quickly swapped to having the baby on the bottom in a soft cot and the toddler on top. We have been chatting because in theory a carrycot should click into the bottom but I am guessing there's no room or it would be offered as an option. Equally the Stokke Izi car seat which lies flat should in theory fit either position using Oyster adaptors (not recommended though!)

dobby2001 · 16/11/2011 23:20

I know what I was going to ask before. Do you need to be careful with the order that the kids are unloaded from the B-Dual,like you do with the phil and teds? For example if your baby on the lower seat falls asleep ands your older child in the upper seat decided they want to get out and run around the park is this an issue? Was seriously annoyed with the phil and teds yesterday as i had to move a baby to the upper seat for just this reason - of course they woke up and could not settle again so were grumpy all day as a result Angry

Tiggywunkle · 16/11/2011 23:58

I never moved my baby from the lower seat in the B-Dual. My daughter often hopped out at the park etc. and I left the baby in the lower seat - but we didn't have him laid flat - just reclined. The Verve we had was so tippy that I didn't dare leave the baby underneath without me hanging onto the handlebar.
