Wonder what this is like??? One locally to me on Gumtree...That's the sort of deal i stick to from now on, after way too many expensive brand new mistakes!!!

Tiggywunkle · 20/11/2011 15:06

Operation get DS in his room has begun Confused. I have pushchair parts everywhere!

suzie38 · 20/11/2011 15:12

Sounds familiar...One reason i'm glad my collection is shrinking...It's not just the pushchair but all the accessories that come along as well.

misdee · 20/11/2011 15:13

b-dual latest adventure. sling meet! yup i was running sling meet this morning, i cant carry atm due to my hips hurting, so packed 6 different slings in the basket and off we went. steven fell asleep on the way back, and is still asleep now, and hour since we got in.

MonkeyJuice · 20/11/2011 15:27

Ah, sounds fab Misdee. It must be national tidy away prams day today! I've peacked 2 and put them in the garage. Plus the empty boxes of two I'm keeping.
Tiggy have you a monitor for your sons room? You won't be able to sleep otherwise you will miss the sounds!
H is apalled that I intend to keep 4 prams for a 3.5y old. I told him to take a week off work. Hand over the car keys and live a week in my shoes (in a tone of voice that indicated I may have thoughts of bashing him over the head with my pressure cooker!).
I explained, vista for school run/ shopping, summit for mud, bjcm for buses....so he points at the Jane carrera and says so why that one? I asked him why he drives when he can walk and why he smokes.Hmm
I may sell the bjcm and carrera for a new style toro if I get a good enough discount code. I need a 10% off ebay or pramworld code!

MonkeyJuice · 20/11/2011 15:36

I'm also v excited about the 7am blankets. I found out they have straps to keep them on the buggy. I'm hoping I'll be able to fix them so they won't slip.
If the quality isn't fab I can return them. I will give them a thorough inspection.

pramsgalore · 20/11/2011 19:42

i'm tempted to get one of those 7am blankets myself, think dd would prefer it to a cosytoes, but at £80 i will have to sell another pushchair Hmm

Tiggywunkle · 20/11/2011 20:00

I think...they have rubbery bits on the back to help them stay in place. But don't quote me on that.
We had a big sort out :) I still can't find everything but we are getting there. The Xtreet is boxed :( I am hoping to give the B-Agile a really good run - the seat is such a good size. I need to work out how much the handle height bothers me. I'm not being very decisive at the minute!

MonkeyJuice · 20/11/2011 20:00

Get two at £100 and ebay the other bin for £60-70?

pramsgalore · 20/11/2011 20:02

monkeys how can i get 2 for £100 Confused

MonkeyJuice · 20/11/2011 20:07

Had a lovely day using my summit, and admiring the superb build quality of frame and wheels. It did look absolutely enormouse parked in the hallway once back home. It had to be folded and put in the cupboard.
The Jane and senzz are all packed away in boxes ready to ship once sold.
Well done making space in your sons room Tiggy. Sunday is the day for jobs we don't really want to do it seems.
Yes Suzie, pushchair accessories galore here too. Bags etc.

MonkeyJuice · 20/11/2011 20:12

Mothercare, put two in the basket and use code RUXU for an extra 10% off. (theyre buy one get one half price but the 10% comes off before they make the second half price. Total is £103 - hurry code ends at midnight.

pramsgalore · 20/11/2011 21:13

thanks, but i don't think i could find the money by midnight, although i have not checked my lotto numbers yet Smile

suzie38 · 20/11/2011 21:32

Save me from my addiction...Thought i'd cured myself but now find this calling me!!! www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330552967280?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649#ht_3517wt_1270

Especially as i can buy DD an identical one for her toys...And i had a red one watched this afternoon and it went for £50 plus shipping but i didn't bother looking into it until this evening...Going to email the lady and ask about the suspension.

pramsgalore · 20/11/2011 21:45

lol, its very nice, i thought you wanted a tako jumper though, i don't think any of us will be cured until our dc's are too old for a pushchair Grin

suzie38 · 20/11/2011 21:48

Tako Jumper is massive though, at 65cm wide.

pramsgalore · 20/11/2011 22:07

Hmm thats a tad wide, although the vista is 63.5 and i find that fine, went shopping in canterbury today with no problems.

MonkeyJuice · 20/11/2011 22:14

I hadn't the money either prams...stuck it on my cc Blush I'm confident I have enough stuff to ebay to sort the bill though, when I get round to listing it that is...

pramsgalore · 20/11/2011 22:29

i need to start selling on ebay, i have loads of stuff around the house i don't use, footmuffs, boards, wheels, bike seats the list is very long Blush i have collected far too much stuff, just don't know whether its worth listing before christmas though or just wait until after Hmm, i know as a buyer there are bargains to be had before christmas on things like these, christmas day and boxing day are the best, one year i got 2 large boxes of clothes for dd for 99p per box Shock

suzie38 · 20/11/2011 22:43

Someone advertised on Gumtree a couple of months ago for a Vario version rather than the Pacific...Crossing my fingers it didn't get sold.

pramsgalore · 20/11/2011 22:56

whats the difference, they look the same to me Confused

suzie38 · 20/11/2011 23:12

I've no idea either...The earlier Targo version had seperate seat and carrycot units.
