This is as imaginative as I get!Wink
Frigg, my Mum works for the City Council doing disability adaptations to resident's houses. She goes to assessments with an OT, decides on adaptations needed, designs them, draws up plans, applies for planning permission and oversees the work. She's been in the same job since she was 18 so she's learnt a lot about all sorts of dsabilities along the way.

suzie38 · 12/08/2011 21:29

Awww an original Maclaren...Saw one on Saturday at the Riverside festival with the original recling mechanism...Though that one was a single.

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 21:29

Yeah but at that price you'll still have £90 left over in your budget for a straitjacket....problem solved Grin

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 21:30

it's lovely isn't it?

suzie38 · 12/08/2011 21:31

I'd love one with that reclining system...Was one i watched on eBay but it was too far to collect.

FriggFRIGG · 12/08/2011 21:35

PERFECT! Grin

seriously though, how did people used to keep little shits challenging children restrained??

DD broke out of the micralite todayShock she took her arms out of the straps, lent forward landing on her HEAD and then wriggled her legs out!Shock

i need to add 'escape proof' to my list of pushchair requirements....

suzie38 · 12/08/2011 21:37

Wore the old fashioned harnesses i think...Mind you they don't hold in tight though.

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 21:40

dd can get out reins and even in the Bee it takes her 6 seconds to escape, she has bones of rubber Hmm

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 21:41

right I want something cheap, on wheels that I can carry on my back and dd can nap in. save having to use the Toddlerhawk for naps Smile

suzie38 · 12/08/2011 21:48

I've never strapped my DD in for over a year now if we've got a bumper bar...Hence my love of bumper bars.

suzie38 · 12/08/2011 21:48

What's a Toddlerhawk???

FriggFRIGG · 12/08/2011 22:01

DD and DS both nap in our Ergo(same sort of thing)tis lovely, getting a leeetle bit heavy now though!

FriggFRIGG · 12/08/2011 22:02

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 22:03

love mine it has skulls, but I'd like a weeny pushchair for days out that dd can hop in and out. but like Suzie I a lacking in stature so most strollers are too long to carry around all day Hmm

FriggFRIGG · 12/08/2011 22:04

hmm,maybe a noa...tiggy really likes hers,check Best buggy.

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 22:05

FriggFRIGG · 12/08/2011 22:09

FriggFRIGG · 12/08/2011 22:10

combi

suzie38 · 12/08/2011 22:14

Graco Citisport has a shoulder strap...I've got 2 as i really love them...First was £8 from a car boot...Second one was brand new via eBay but the seller has stopped lising them...Still had 40 left to sell.

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 22:22

combi is too long, had one 3 million years ago. I keep looking at the quicksmart but wonder if there is something else with the same fold I can make my own bag for?

Honeydragon · 12/08/2011 22:23
