And would you buy it?

£2.3million and I'd definitely buy it. It's in the countryside, beautifully decorated with lots of room

NoWordForFluffy · 01/04/2026 21:29

£1.7m, and no, as it's a bit footballers' wives! I would, however, buy the next dearest at £1.45m as it's far more tasteful.

Bunfighter · 01/04/2026 21:29

£2.9 million. It has 10 bedrooms but needs a lot of updating.

BIWI · 01/04/2026 21:31

£15.5 million. Cheyne Walk, Chelsea.

6 bedrooms, indoor swimming pool, games room - what's not to like?!

£8.5m, no I wouldn’t, if I had that much money to spend I’d rather be a bit more out in the countryside with some land, even though it’s a lovely location.

Boopybop · 01/04/2026 21:32

£5.95m. 8 bedrooms, 20 acres. Yes I’d buy it (if I had a spare £6m!)

PoshLady90 · 01/04/2026 21:32

2.5mil and yes. Its a Victorian Mansion set in a 1.2 acre plot in with countryside views...renovated and decorated beautifully!

Oh that one’s lovely, lots of character.

mynameiscalypso · 01/04/2026 21:32

£60mn. But it’s One Hyde Park and I’m not a fan of the Candys.

BooksAndHooks · 01/04/2026 21:34

14 million and no I wouldn’t buy it, the complete opposite of my taste.

Guidanceplease20 · 01/04/2026 21:35

Most of the 5 mile radius is sea but anyway, on land, the highest that isnt a business is £1.5 million and there are 3 at that price. All No. Its in my town and all lovely new build shoehorned to be as big as possible on pieces of spare land and, as a result, are in dreadful locations for access with little (or even NO garden) albeit lovely sea or river views.

Theres then one for £1.375m. Id buy that one, but not for that much. Its rural with a bit of land around it.

If I spend that sort of money I want to be able to breathe inside and outside my home.

MrsMoastyToasty · 01/04/2026 21:35

£13,950,000 at a place called Beach near Bath.

Littletreefrog · 01/04/2026 21:35

£450,000, kind of goes without saying this is in the North East

FourForksSake · 01/04/2026 21:36

Just shy of £7m, Grade II* Listed, Arts & Crafts country house. The dream.

drspouse · 01/04/2026 21:36

£950,000 - lovely looking 3 bed, 3 bath, 4 receptions, village but it's actually only about 3 miles from my employer, nearer DD school and frankly I'm tempted! We'd have to sell our rental flat to stretch to that though.

AllJoyAndNoFun · 01/04/2026 21:36

£11m- harbourfront in the posh bit of Poole. Not that house as it’s too modern for me but I’d buy a house on that road if I had the funds just for the waterfront.

Passingthrough123 · 01/04/2026 21:37

£49m and no because it only has a plunge pool and not a proper swimming pool.

Gcn · 01/04/2026 21:38

£795,000, and yes I'd buy it - 5 bed detached with river views in a lovely area

PermanentTemporary · 01/04/2026 21:39

If this was an advert for Zoopla I’ve given up because there’s practically nothing on there. On Rightmove it’s £12million for a convent in the centre of the city and yes I’d buy it in a heartbeat to protect it as a religious place, well-regarded nursing home, beautiful grounds etc, though I’d hope to find innovative ways to develop the site. Just don’t want a bunch of crappy and hideously overpriced flats built on it.

Snap!

ThatLimeBiscuit · 01/04/2026 21:39

£1.65m, it’s almost 7000sq ft in 1.6 acres of garden. Lovely but wouldn’t be for me!

The next one is £865k and I’d buy that one.

£9.9m for a 3 bed flat in Shoreditch. Bit pricey but very nice.

Creepybookworm · 01/04/2026 21:39

17 million. Bargain. 😅
