£18,000,000

FoxtrotOscarKindaDay · 01/04/2026 21:40

£1.37m 6 bedroom. No I wouldn't buy it, the ceilings in some of the upstairs rooms are slanted.

HarrietSchulenberg · 01/04/2026 21:44

£995k. What they don't mention is the large housing estate about to be built just behind it.

FurForksSake · 01/04/2026 21:44

£1.85 million, would I buy it? No it’s only got 0.9 of an acre.

£18,000,000

£3,700,000
Yes I might if nothing suitable was in my village at the time i mysteriously came into that amount of money. Beautifully decorated. Planning permission for two detached homes on the land. But I am not keen on the village itself.

fizzyroselemonade · 01/04/2026 21:46

£1,495,000. 5 beds, 2 acres of land, indoor pool. YES I WOULD. {buys lottery ticket}

Pollpoll · 01/04/2026 21:47

1.3 million. It's an 8 bedroom 6 bath, 5 reception farmhouse with a cottage in the grounds. It's an outlier though, the next most expensive is a very overpriced £480k 4 bed.

Riverpaddling · 01/04/2026 21:47

€1.6 million. But it is a chateau.

Needanadultgapyear · 01/04/2026 21:48

£8.5M is the highest, but over 40 within the 5 miles over £1m. Rural area of South east,

CocSoc · 01/04/2026 21:49

Slightly off topic. But I’m really pleased I’m not from London!…. https://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/72224267/ 😳

Blingismything · 01/04/2026 21:49

£12,500,000 for a ten bedroomed 20,000 sq ft farmhouse in 18 acres. Unlisted. No I wouldn’t buy it.

Whosthetabbynow · 01/04/2026 21:50

About £10m. I looked the other week.

MsSauerkraut · 01/04/2026 21:52

xOlive · 01/04/2026 21:52

£2.9million and it’s 7 bed/7 bath but WHITE. Everything is WHITE. Kitchen, bathrooms, living room, WHITE.
Get some personality, people!

pouletvous · 01/04/2026 21:53

£4.25

nah, too big for me

SlowSloths · 01/04/2026 21:54

£5.25 million for 1000 acres of forest and a wind farm. Beautiful but not for me!

Most expensive house nearby is a 6 bed for £700k. Gorgeous house but in a rubbish location.

ArtAngel · 01/04/2026 21:56

£47 million

If I had that kind of money, no, wouldn’t be my choice,

If I had to make a straight choice between my house now and that one (with associated running costs) , yes,I’d move.

MajesticWhine · 01/04/2026 21:58

60million - no because I wouldn’t like to live in Knightsbridge.

JulietteHasAGun · 01/04/2026 22:00

1.5 million for an 8 bed grade 2 listed Manor House with 8 acres of land and includes a grade 2 listed full church which I assume isn’t in use as it says it can be developed.

oviraptor21 · 01/04/2026 22:02

Offers over £20million.
Yes - I think I'd be happy with this but I'd shop around of course 😂
