Oh no sussex - am so so sorry You have an amazing attitude though and I wish you all the best when you feel ready to ttc again.

Herby - how many weeks are you? I had some at 4 weeks. 1 day of pinkish bleeding and one day of orangy spotting. Nothing since. Some women get bright red blood and all is fine. But ikwym - just one pg without bleeding would be great wouldn't it. Wishing you all the best for your scan on Wednesday xx

Oh no sussex , I?m so gutted for you. .
I totally understand where you are coming from about the relief though, it?s awful to feel pg symptoms and know in your heart it?s not right. I really hope you have every success in the future and am glad your appointment is soon.

Herby how are you doing? Has the pink stopped? I?ve had red fresh bleed with clot at 7wks and brown bleed over the weekend with this pg and both times led to no more. Dr diagnosed cervical erosion last time and they couldn?t find cause for blood the first time. If it?s stopped then hopefully all is ok.

dan . So Barbados it is and OMG doesn?t cocktails sound sooo tempting. £8.50 for Stirling castle!!!!!!!! I also went sight seeing in Edinburgh whilst heavily pg last time and refused to pay entry to Edinburgh castle. We did go in in the end though cos it was free with our army ID . DH then lost his bus ticket and made me say it was mine to get pity from the driver so we wouldn?t have to pay again. God we?re cheap skates!!!

Thanks again, everyone, for your kind wishes. Have felt surprisingly OK all afternoon, then decided to go to Waitrose to get some ready meals (even yet more comfort food) and burst into tears in the wine section. Luckily, a new Tesco has opened recently here, so Waitrose was deserted, thank Christ. I think the positive attitude is mostly bravado - you know what it's like, girls.

herbs - so glad you've had nothing else (and v pleased for you that it's not piles...the constipation is driving me mad!). Fingers crossed for your scan.

sussex - don't think you sound hard for being relieved at getting an answer. I ended up paying for a private scan as I was so sure what the NHS one the following week would say - but I needed the confirmation so I could move on - and relief at knowing was was I needed (that and a very large g 'n' t!). And bravado it may be, but whatever gets you through the day...

roque are you excited about the new job?

Hi sussex I am so sorry for your loss, I had mc begin last month and it's so horrible to when you don't feel quite right but completely helpless of the whole situation. Hang in there chick.

Well no good on ttc front for me as period arrived with avengance at weekend. Felt so emotional and to top it all off took my little one to mum tots today and one of our "friends" was there heavily preg and she askd would I be having anymore I fought back the tears and said yes eventually just hasn't happened yet! I didn't want to spoil her joyous occassion by telling her and making her feel uncomfortable, but at same time inside I wanted the ground to swallow me up!

1001 cleaner so pretty busy. Going to try nursery visit again on thurs.
