Thanks for setting this up!

Loute02 · 22/11/2024 19:57

Thanks @BrodieKD
Been to a private scan yesterday at 16w exactly. It is that weird period of time where I dont have many symptoms anymore but don't feel him moving yet! They told me I have an anterior placenta so probably won't feel any movement any time soon.
Started to tell a few people at work as I feel that December will go quickly and for sure I'll be showing when coming back in the office in January 😅

rosecbrm · 22/11/2024 21:28

Thanks for starting the new thread! Hope everyone's feeling ok xx

Monday55 · 22/11/2024 21:44

Checking-in.

TheBeesKnee · 22/11/2024 22:40

Hiya!

16 weeks here, where has the time gone? We're practically halfway through!

I had an anterior placenta with my second and wasn't much different to be honest (but obviously everyone's different). Fingers crossed you can start feeling bubba move soon! ❤️

I've told a few people at work already (almost 15 weeks) but only because I felt like I had to due to feeling awful. I'm thinking same as you though, might have to tell the rest by Crimbo as think i'll be showing when I got back after!

Anyone with hyperemisis when did your sickness stop ? I’m also certain I had a vomiting bug yesterday I felt so poorly . How’s everyone else ?

Sierra26 · 23/11/2024 09:36

Checking in - ive been quiet on the prev thread but have reached 13 weeks :)

california22 · 23/11/2024 09:53

Thanks for starting the new thread! I'm 14 weeks tomorrow, I think I'm starting to feel a bit better in terms of nausea and sickness but the exhaustion is still something else! Xx

Jess2826 · 23/11/2024 10:09

I'm 14 weeks now, nausea has settled so much more now and I'm feeling much more 'normal' can't believe how quick it's all gone!

Beccaa123 · 23/11/2024 10:59

I am 14 +3 and not feeling pregnant at all 🤣

Seasidegirll · 23/11/2024 12:48

Thanks for starting a new thread! I’ve only posted on the other one a few times but have been trying to read everyone else’s posts. I had a 16 week scan a few days ago, was so so nice to see baby! I also don’t feel pregnant at all so it was nice to get some reassurance that everything is ok with baby! They were moving around so much so I hope I start to feel so movements soon 🤞🏻

Aww how lovely!
I had a scan on Friday and our wee baby was sleeping, so no movement from her!

I’m glad I’m not the only one! I’m 17w5d now and have no symptoms. It’s making me feel so paranoid. I thought I felt a few bubble type feelings a handful of times but I don’t know if I’m just imagining it!

I don’t think I’d ever miss the all day nausea! Hoping I’ll start feeling movement soon to put my mind at ease 🤞🏻

LeBonBon · 23/11/2024 21:41

Thanks for starting the thread @BrodieKD! 16w3d today and felt some strong fluttering - so exciting! Even my DH thought he could feel something, it was pretty strong 🥰

Checks out as baby was somersaulting during the first scan!

Anyone else feeling early movements?

So different to my first as I didn't feel movement for ages (well after 20 weeks) due to low anterior placenta. Think it's posterior this time!

Camia · 23/11/2024 23:42

Hi everyone! I hope it's okay if I join? I'm currently 14+3 with my third baby. I have wild 4 year old and 1 year old (will be 2 when baby arrives) boys so gonna have my hands full when May comes around but I can't wait.

Toothfairy0113 · 24/11/2024 11:56

Has anyone found a pre-natal supplement that doesn't make your nausea horrendous/come back after it's gone? Pregnacare made me feel 🤢 again this time (it did the same with my other 2). Don't want to waste a load of money buying all different ones 😫

BrightGoose · 24/11/2024 15:07

My midwife gave me some that only has folic acid vitamin c and d in and they don’t make me feel sick

Thanks. I might nip to Boots and see what's there. I'm not taking anything at all at the moment but really need to atleast be taking some vitamin D ( usually get deficient in winter 🙄)

CLJ22 · 24/11/2024 15:49

hello & congratulations to you all 🥰 I was originally due in June but my due date has been brought forward to 28th May x

Poulson90 · 24/11/2024 15:52

@Toothfairy0113 I switched to the bassetts gummy ones and started taking later in the day when my stomach is a bit more liked and seemed to do the trick!

Zeeha · 24/11/2024 21:44

Yesterday we confirmed the gender blood test I had at 6 weeks that predicted a girl with a scan. The placenta is still completely covering my cervix, then comes up my front where my c-section scar is and to the left. Guess this explains why I've only been feeling the movements on the right side! Just praying the placenta will move much further up out the way, or I guess I'll have no choice but an elective c-section 😢

Hello, I'm 15 weeks and 5 days and have terrible pregnancy dreams and insomnia! Hence posting at 2.30am... I am exhausted and asleep by 8.30pm but then I have such vivid and strange dreams I wake at about 1am and can't get back to sleep until it's almost time to get up 😴 they're not nightmares, they're just so real it feels like I'm there and it's strange to live this other world at night. Hoping it calms down soon...

Beccaa123 · 25/11/2024 06:39

I had the tiniest dot of blood when I wiped this morning, I'm talking so small that you could barely notice it. However, I did and now I am in panic mode.
It was one dot & hasn't happened again. I know it's silly & it's probably just because I've been going to the toilet so much more.
