Marking my place here.

Currently sat on the sofa after eating two breakfasts…..not even sorry. A bit of nausea would be helpful right now

Constantly eating seems to be the only thing keeping my nausea at bay so I'm there with you!

Anyone suffering with headaches? I’m 10+2 and they’ve only started in the last week 😞

Thanks for the new thread @Soda123x

I’m 11 weeks tomorrow. Have my NIPT on Monday which includes a scan. Then my ‘12 week’ scan on Thursday so hopefully get to see little bean twice this week. Time has been crawling though.

@LWestYorks I've started getting them in the last few days. I've always suffered with headaches/migraines but I've woken up with one like every day the last 3 days 😞Paracetamol does nothing.

@iloveeggs @LWestYorks Yes! I get chronic migraines and can't take any of my normal preventatives, or any of the meds that get rid once a migraine starts. It's not fun, paracetamol is not touching them most days! 😣

@iloveeggs @CreateAUsername2023 I’m really struggling with them, they are actually making me throw up 😞 and paracetamol just isn’t touching them as you say. How far on are you guys?

@LWestYorks I'm just over 9 weeks now. I feel like everything has peaked in the last week, the fatigue and nausea have been so much worse too 😫Roll on 12 weeks and hopefully it'll ease!

@CreateAUsername2023 I’d never suffered with migraines before until I was about 5 months in to my first pregnancy. The doc popped me on beta blockers - they worked a miracle on the migraines.

I am 9 weeks tomorrow. A good friend of mine has just popped over this morning and as soon as she walked in the door I could see her staring at my stomach and 10 minutes later she asks…. ‘Are you pregnant?’

I had only said to my husband the night before that I don’t think I’m going to be able to hide this one until 12 weeks 😨

Marking my place. 9+5. Worst week so far for nausea & fatigue!

I am wondering whether you’ve already got blood tests and things? I’m overseas and doing things a bit more independently.

Gather I should be getting tests at this point? Scans booked in a couple of weeks!

Marking my place, 10 weeks 1 day over here. Still struggling with nausea but been prescribed some medication and that’s taken the edge off slightly. Also getting headaches too but that’s probably tiredness related, I could sleep for days right now (if I didn’t have a 4 year old and a full time job)

I’m finding I’m averse to most foods but if I don’t eat I feel sick and get dizzy, so am forcing myself to eat and then actually enjoy it and feel loads better. It’s hard to fight the feeling that nothing is appealing though and I have strongest aversions to pesto and hummus (both of which I normally love).

told my boss this week as I was struggling to hide feeling queasy and dizzy and just wanted permission to eat in class (I’m a teacher). I was told in my first pregnancy it was low blood pressure and that eating salty foods and drinking would help (so I lived off snack a jacks at work). My boss said she’d guessed and another member of the department had asked her if she thought I was. Neither had a concrete reason but I think the fact that I have stopped drinking tea in the mornings might have been the give away as I can’t think of anything else I’ve been doing differently and even the baggy clothes I’ve worn are part of my normal workwear.

I could have written this word for word! It feels so silly because I know it'll make me feel better but prepping the food and the idea of the first bite makes me feel sick... even though it works!

How far along are you? I'm 9+5 and really relieved my migraines seem to be easing up thank goodness.

Can't believe how much my boobs still hurt!!

Is anyone else finding the last bite of their food disgusting? 😂 I don’t know how to explain it, but for example I was eating a bagel the other day, which was delicious and I was really enjoying… until the last bite which I had to spit out because it made me really nauseous 😵‍💫 so weird!!

@PrimarilyParented I am the exact same. Nothing is appealing to eat but you have to force it down, and then it’s not so bad when you’re eating it 😂 even all the foods I used to love - none of them seem appetising. Did you have this is your previous pregnancy?

@iloveeggs I don’t know any insta’s but also keen to know this as would be good to follow some good pregnancy accounts x
