Hi all, hope you are all well🥰

I have just found out that I am pregnant again after a loss in December at 5+2 (very early!). I’m only 4 weeks going by last period so it really is so early again. I am so happy but also know i’m going to struggle with the waiting. I know I just have to play the waiting game and hope for the best. Anyone been in similar position with positive outcome? Really hope this is our time🤞🌈

@Charliexo @Cegbee thank you both☺️

@Cegbee my partner was the same when I was pregnant the first time I think that made the loss even harder for him! Yes was also going to say I think it’s the second one that matters rather than the first! Hope it all goes okay☺️

Cegbee · 01/03/2023 20:32

Wow some twins in the group - congratulations @mamabeeboo!
Just had my beta result- 804, they don't want to do another blood test just an ultrasound on 23rd March, I will be 7+ weeks. All being well I will then graduate from fertility to standard obstetric care. I discovered at my dating ultrasound last year that I had miscarried about 2 weeks previously. This wait is so scary!

Charliexo · 01/03/2023 20:36

@Cegbee that's amazing news! So happy that you've had some good news today.
We're literally in the same boat atm, it's driving me mad waiting a week never mind 3 weeks but I have everything crossed, we both have amazing news to share with our scans ❤️

Cegbee · 01/03/2023 20:48

Yes thanks, just trying to stay in the present and focus on the positives today. When is your scan @Charliexo?

ChloeN · 01/03/2023 20:55

@Cegbee that sounds a really good number!

fizzydrinkss · 01/03/2023 21:21

Hi.

Congratulations Flowers. I had a mc in December, had to have a d&c. Had a negative pregnancy test in January, then had a period. Now it seems I'm pregnant again Smile. I want to be so excited but I'm so scared it will end badly Sad. Phoned to book my scan today and don't have first one until the end of august. Not going for a private scan again as had one in December then sadly miscarried a week later so going to hold off for nhs scan this time. Constantly worrying about how this pregnancy is going to go but I want to be excited! Absolutely knackered & have no energy, but if it means I have a healthy pregnancy I will put up with all the symptoms Grin

Cegbee · 01/03/2023 22:15

Thanks @ChloeN, yes I hope that's why they're just doing 1 blood test.

Congratulations @fizzydrinkss! Totally understand your anxiety, it's so hard not knowing what will happen. Statistically you're very likely to have a good outcome this time though!

Sb86 · 02/03/2023 08:40

Morning ladies, I've just found out yesterday at 8dpo that I'm pregnant again. Had a mc at exactly 8 weeks in October 2022 and also had a subchorionic hematoma that caused me to spot brown blood from just before 5 weeks so it was an anxious time. No idea if that's what caused the mc or not but I know they up the chances of it happening and I'm 36 so classed as high risk anyway. Going to ring epau next week if all goes well upto then as I feel like it's very early and I'm so scared something will go wrong.

Sending love and strength to you all ❤️

calipoppy · 02/03/2023 08:54

Hi everyone, can I join? I found out last week that I'm pregnant again after 2 losses last year at 10 and 17 weeks. I have a 2 year old and had an MC before her too so at least I know it's possible for me to have a baby but still I feel worried and strangely in denial! I have an early scan at the EPU next week and I'm hoping they'll let me come back every 2 weeks as I think it's the only way I can get through the next few months!

Sending you all so much congratulations and hope ✨

Charliexo · 02/03/2023 16:04

@Cegbee my scan is on Saturday morning 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@Sb86 @calipoppy welcome ladies! Congratulations on your pregnancies! so sorry to hear about your previous losses. We're all in the same boat just trying to navigate through this nerve wracking journey. Its nice to have a place where we can help each other through, with having similar histories, we understand how it feels.

I have everything crossed we all have a rainbow babies! 🌈💖💙

Sb86 · 02/03/2023 16:31

Thanks @Charliexo I have everything crossed too 🤞🏼🌈❤️

ChloeN · 02/03/2023 18:10

@Sb86 hope your lines progress perfectly over the next few days, if your obsessive at testing like me that is🙈

@calipoppy good luck for your scan☺️

@Charliexo not long until your scan at all🥹🥹

calipoppy · 02/03/2023 18:12

Thank you @Charliexo ! How far along will you be at your scan?
I've also started acupuncture, hoping it will help - it got me pregnant the first month after 6 months of trying so now it just needs to make this baby stick!

TTCX · 02/03/2023 19:48

Hi @Sb86 @calipoppy lovely of you to join us but sorry to know you’ve had the same experiences, it really does shake you and sorry you had to experience it. Congratulations on your new pregnancies and sending so much positivity and hope your way. @ChloeN I am also a compulsive tester 🫣 my lines are looking good though I’d hoped to source a clearblue weeks indicator so I can see the 2-3🤞🤞🤞🤞

Meant to say there my local Tesco didn’t have one so I’m very disappointed and impatient to have to wait until tomorrow, it’s like a form of torture 🫣

@TTCX oh that’s so annoying 😢 I love those seeing the weeks really feels like a milestone!

Hopingsobad · 02/03/2023 23:21

PLEASE HELP**

So I found out I was pregnant on the 22nd February with a positive frer test, I worked out I’d be about 4/5 weeks. I then had really slow progression and didn’t get past 1-2 weeks on clear blue and had heavy cramps but no bleed. I went to the doctors and they sent me for an early scan on 1st March, they didn’t see any pregnancy but said “looks like you’ve ovulated again”?! I didn’t know you could ovulate still pregnant or so close to having a chemical pregnancy!?. I then was monitored and my hcg dropped from 128 to 52, they confirmed the pregnancy was not viable (devastated), I had a miscarriage in October 2022 too so it was a double blow.

I still haven’t bled and me and my partner realised we’d been having regular sex even on the day I had the scan where they told me I was ovulating.

My question is, can I get pregnant without bleeding or expelling the chemical pregnancy? Someone please help, I’m so hopeful I may be able to but I can’t find any answers online.

Cegbee · 03/03/2023 10:26

@Hopingsobad sorry you've been having such a tough time. I would assume it is possible to conceive if you've ovulated but I suppose the embryo may not implant or your hormones may not be quite right for an ongoing pregnancy? I think the only thing you can do is wait and see. Sorry for your loss.

ChloeN · 03/03/2023 10:40

@Hopingsobad I’ve seen ladies say on tiktok they’ve concieved after a chemical with no bleeding between so definitely think it’s possible!

Maxime34 · 03/03/2023 12:27

Hi ladies, I got my BFP a week ago so would love to join all of you. I had three early losses last year so my anxiety isn't great but hoping to take things day by day. I'll be having extra scans with the EPU because of my history but have to wait another two weeks before the first one so fingers crossed things keep going in the right direction. I know how tough pregnancy after loss is so my heart really goes out to all of you incredibly strong women.

Cegbee · 05/03/2023 06:50

Hi @Maxime34, sorry for your losses, I'm totally the same with anxiety. Hopefully each day gets better or closer to reassurance at least.

Does anyone have much in the way of symptoms yet? I have slightly sore nipples, really tired and a lot of discharge (TMI). And a funny taste in my mouth no real nausea yet. Actually looking forward to getting some more symptoms because currently I keep thinking it's not real and I've imagine all those positive tests!

Sb86 · 05/03/2023 07:25

I've just been looking on other threads for this @Cegbee I have slightly tender nipples and nothing much else. I noticed a tiny bit of brown spotting when I wiped yesterday so needless to say I'm panicking now as that's what happened last time when I was diagnosed with a hematoma. Praying it's just old implantation blood making it's way out but the lack of symptoms is unnerving especially when my boobs were bigger and felt tender all over last time. I'm away in London at the moment so will test again in the morning but I've not got a good feeling about this pregnancy. Same as you, I'm struggling to believe it's real

TTCX · 05/03/2023 13:25

Hey ladies, hope you’re all ok. Easier said than done but try not to worry about a lack of symptoms. With my first pregnancy I had absolutely no symptoms other than tiredness and she’s currently hitting me with a hairbrush so perfectly fine 😂😂. I’m exhausted this time and sore boobs and a little nausea so I don’t think I’m going to be as lucky this time!

hope you get your answers soon @Hopingsobad. It’s certainly possible! The limbo is horrible isn’t it x

calipoppy · 06/03/2023 22:15

Hope everyone's doing ok and staying as chilled as possible! I'm trying my best but manically googling when nausea should start even though I know for me it wouldn't normally be for another week yet 🙃@Charliexo how did the scan go?

38andtrying · 06/03/2023 22:25

I'm 4w+1, had some diahreaa early rhis morning and a gurgly belly all day but no more runs, feel very bloated and tummy is tender, anyone else have this, anything to worry about? Have nausea on and off but no vomiting
