Cramping and spotting 5 weeks

Crushed as I write this, had some cramps earlier which were very much like medium AF cramps. Lasted about 15 mins then went away, now a hour later I’ve some light pinkish/brownish spotting but cramps have completely gone.

I’m dreading the worst, last cycle I had a chemical at 4 weeks 3 days. Was just starting to get a little excited thinking lightening couldn’t strike twice. Any one have any similar experiences either good or bad? I’m anxious that as the spotting happened so soon after the cramping that it could end up being another loss but on the other hand I’d assume I’d still be cramping if it were?

I’ll be honest I was a complete nervous wreck today. I had a internal scan and I couldn’t stop shaking even after we saw the heartbeat but now I feel
so much better X

@Moosh18 no I have no clue really as I miscarried end of sept and haven’t had another period inbetween. Now I’m testing positive again, the spotting and cramp was the reason I took the test x

@Wannabemo maybe get one of those weeks indicators, could be implantation bleeding? Have you tested negative since the Mc, I'm really sorry for your loss 😩😩

@Wannabemo i had a chemical pregnancy end of September. Had a positive test the day of my missed period but then had my period arrive 3 days later and this pregnancy is that following cycle. You should maybe give your drs a call see what they recommend x

Hey ladies I called epu and they wanted me up this afternoon so I just got bloods took. See what they come back as, still slight cramps and spotting again it’s on and off x

@Moosh18 I have one actually but the midwife told me at my last app during my miscarriage she doesn’t like them and said they are unreliable so I’m in two minds. I didn’t test negative but very faint on the 17th of oct the same day the scan to confirm complete miscarriage and all tissue had passed.
bloods done now so will await those results tomorrow x fingers and toes crossed x

@Wannabemo hopefully those bloods come back quickly and you will know what’s happening x

they will call me tomorrow so at least by the end of the week I’ll know one way or another 🤞🏽 Will keep you updated for any one who may be going through similar x

Oh @TTCournumberthree im so pleased for you!! I had my scan too and saw the little heartbeat fluttering away. I’m 6w so we are so close! X

@bubble55 little june babies! I really went in expecting the worst. It’s such a relief isn’t it x

100%. I burst into tears when she showed me the heartbeat. I’ve had bleeding tonight but it’s brown so I think the internal has moved some old blood around 😬

@bubble55 yes definitely would have shifted any old blood. We were just dumbfounded that it was all ok, so excited though x

Hey All so epu called … I have no idea what any of this means and I was too nervous to even ask but she’s getting me back in tomorrow for repeat bloods.
Hormone level was 491 and progesterone 39. Something I can’t really remember !! I’m a nightmare I get too nervous plus I had my toddler at my ankles while bringing in the shopping 😂😂😂she said a new pregnancy though she thinks although has to see if the levels are rising or dropping. still spotting brown 🙃.

another day closer to finding out what the hell is going on.

@Wannabemo that's good! It must be a new pregnancy! As 493 wouldn't show as a faint line that would be really strong line! Have you done another test? X

Yes I just done the clear blue one with an actual dribble 😂😂 as I couldn’t wait any longer !!!

Oh really that’s fab! Very early days but promising signs. Just a bit worried as I miscarried only a few weeks back so all very raw. But hopefully this wee one wants to stick around to join the mad house 🥹🥹 very emosh x
