Very early pregnancy and so much anxiety after miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant a couple of days ago.

i had a miscarriage about 4 years ago and have since had a successful pregnancy who is my gorgeous DS.

but now I’m pregnant again I have SO much anxiety, I’m terrified of miscarrying.

how do you reassure yourself to calm down? I feel like my head goes completely out of control!

Yes thank you! She’s doing great and I’m just completely in love with her 🤣 wow 9 months!!! These babies will be 1 before we know it. I’m slightly devastated I can’t lie 😭 time just flies by! Omg it all gets a little bit more challenging when they are on the move 😅 you’ve sooo lucky 🤣
