God is anyone else dealing with extreme hunger? I'm demolishing enough food for about 4/5 people and I'm STILL hungry 😱 I'm overweight as it is I'm getting concerned I'm only 6+1 and piling on the pounds already 😬😅

Yes. Me 👋🏻 Hungry or nauseated or a bit of both.
Yutes · 30/03/2022 20:49

I’m thinking it will even itself out @Casper94

Once the baby gets bigger and I can’t get up to put things in my mouth Grin

Sunsh1ne87 · 30/03/2022 21:02

Hi, can I join please. Due 30th Nov with second baby. DS is 21 months old and such a mummy's boy, dunno how he will cope having to share me!

Started feeling nauseous today and I could do with any tips other than ginger biscuits. My mums net group was a lifesaver during my last pregnancy in lockdown so I'm so grateful for you all already x

OtiMama · 30/03/2022 21:04

Welcome to all the new people today! So exciting so many of us.

I am definitely noticing smells a lot more now and the fridge is starting to smell gross. I told my boss today as if it's anything like my first pregnancy I will appreciate working from home a bit more if I feel unwell. My boss was thrilled for me which is nice.

Bubblegum20 · 30/03/2022 21:18

I haven't commented on this thread in a while, just seen there's part 2 now from the 1st thread! I'm just over 6 weeks now and the sickness is now appearing 🙈

@Casper94 I know what you mean about feeling sick and being hungry constantly I'm the same

netofmums · 30/03/2022 21:24

@Jasmineandbaby

Hi, I just found this thread and would love to join, I just found out I am pregnant with my first, due date calculator says November 22nd, I have no symptoms asides from really sore nipples, which were a mare today as I was out today and they hurt even more when I am cold. it still feels surreal to me.
I'm having this too. I keep getting waves of intense nipple pain- it feels like they're on fire or being squeezed and twisted really hard. The cold definitely seems to bring it on quicker!
sarahj878 · 31/03/2022 09:01

@Cheetocat oh sorry I didn’t realise. How are you doing today? Hope bleeding has stopped, it must be very stressful.

Is anyone else completely and utterly exhausted? I’m getting so much sleep but still shattered!

Yep. Start the day off fine then suddenly come over exhausted and i'm in bed by half 8 most nights. If I actually do anything during the day it wipes me out. I was falling asleep in the car late afternoon the other day after only a couple of hours out of the house pottering around.

sarahj878 · 31/03/2022 09:54

@netofmums sounds familiar! I wake up and within half hour of getting up I just want to lie down again. By 3pm in afternoon am absolutely shattered. Yesterday could barely keep my head up. I think if the tiredness continues like this I’m going to have to inform my manager earlier than I wanted to

Bramblecrumble21 · 31/03/2022 10:02

@sarahj878 I feel so tierd but fortunately I guess not as much on work days. If I do some excersise I need a nap or at least a lie down. As I do 13 hour shifts with.a half hour commute each way, which are manageable. I've decided to have a coffee before each drive so 2 a day as falling asleep at the wheel seems like a much higher risk than caffeine.

Sunsh1ne87 · 31/03/2022 10:36

Is there a Facebook group?

sarahj878 · 31/03/2022 12:53

@Bramblecrumble21 oh wow I don’t know how you manage 13 hour shifts right now! Good shout on the coffee. I thought about having some caffeine earlier but the nausea has well and truly kicked in today. I can’t stomach anything and keep heaving. Got a cracking headache and am exhausted at work. Am working from home this week but need to go into office next week and it’s filling me with dread, think going to have to tell manager

BabyGally22 · 31/03/2022 13:11

I'm tentatively rejoining as I had second scan and a heartbeat was found ❤️❤️ now it's slow at 102bpm and apparently I'm still measuring small for 7 weeks but I've a shred of hope now a heartbeat has been found....

Casper94 · 31/03/2022 13:13

@babygally22 so so pleased for you ❤️

LS1983 · 31/03/2022 14:35

@BabyGally22 💕

JeanieJ · 31/03/2022 15:14

Hey joining this bus!
Ended to having an early scan today due to some abdominal pain - EPU brought me in.
We have a strong heartbeat! 🥰
Baby is measuring a week early though - 6w4d rather than 7w5d- she said not to worry because the heartbeat is good, but that we'll need to see the growth at 12 weeks scan. My fingers & toes are crossed it keeps growing!
🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Anyone else completely gone off all food? I can’t think of a single food that doesn’t repulse me

Cruz86 · 31/03/2022 17:04

Yes me @boringperson123, I literally have to force myself to eat anything!

scoutcat · 31/03/2022 18:34

@JeanieJ awww what a lovely scan photo 🥰 congratulations

@boringperson123 I'm really not getting hungry at all! I always feel full!

Jasmineandbaby · 31/03/2022 19:46

@scoutcat I am the same, I have to force myself to eat, I tried to have garlic bread with my lunch and the smell was repulsive, it’s so annoying as I love garlic bread, but I guess not anymore

irishchick94 · 31/03/2022 21:56

Joining the thread if that’s ok due with my first 12th November 🥰

Sunsh1ne87 · 31/03/2022 22:24

GP is referring me to EPU for a scan today as my cramps are more on my right side and she's concerned it might be ectopic I am super duper panicking right now
