Thanks @IzzyLeigh for setting this up. I have my 12 week scan today. Didn’t sleep a wink, with weird crazy dreams about it. Gahhhhhh. Nothing we can do if it’s not ok, but the lack of control still gets me. Congrats everyone with nipt back! I think I saw at least one!

Anyone else feeling baby movements?
I've felt a couple of flutters since 9+5, only last thing at night when I'm lying on my left and really still. Figured that this early they were probably gas but they were there again today at the private scan (11+3) and fitted with baby kicking and squirming!
Last time I had an anterior placenta so everything was late and muted, this time it's right at the back.

Finally starting to feel a bit more positive about this pregnancy.

Can't believe this is the 4th thread already! Thanks to all who messaged on the previous one. Hoping maybe I'm one of those symptoms come and go pregnancy types lol or that they've gone and everything is okay. It's mad we wish away the sickness but then rather feel sick just so we know things are going ok. Feel like my scan tomorrow is so far away 🤣 I'm far too impatient

Hopping on weight and BMI wagon - I just try not to worry and just focus on not gaining too much. My goal is maximum 10kg 😅

Ladies I am so fed up. I’m bleeding again after 4 days of no bleeding. I’m not contacting EPU because last time they said that because a heartbeat had been seen then unless I’m getting huge clots I just need to wait it out.

It’s happened today after going to the toilet. I’m a bit constipated so maybe strained too much (sorry TMI) so I’m just hoping it’s a really irritated sensitive cervix. I’m just fed up with it all and I don’t know how I’m meant to relax

@Dreamer30, I'm in the same boat with being impatient! My scan is tomorrow too and I'm technically supposed to be working right now but I'm far too anxious to get anything done at all! My spotting earlier in the week has me all sorts of worried even though it wasn't as bad as it was the last time and it has since stopped.
I've been trying to take solace in knowing that there was a strong heartbeat last Wednesday, but you just never know. I just can't wait to get to week 12 so maybe I can allow myself to breathe and enjoy finally. Good luck to you tomorrow! Everything crossed for you xx

@petitlapin1 and @Isonthecase That's so incredibly exciting and now I'm hoping I can feel something that early too! I had read that we're supposed to start feeling weeks after that, but I don't doubt you guys at all. After all, how could one argue the matching movements on the scan? That must have been thrilling to see it confirmed! Although I'm so eager to have the same, I doubt I will. I think they say that first pregnancies take a lot longer to feel the movements because you don't quite know how it feels yet and you can't distinguish? Bummer, but it's something to look forward to!

Back when my spotting started in week 5, I googled everything to try to find some sort of reassurance. Anyway, I know I told you about cervical ectropian in the last thread, but I wanted to share this article with you. I found it reassuring when I was in my most panicked state. Even if you don't end up having CE, maybe this will help reassure you that lots of bleeding can actually end up okay. hang in there

@petitlapin1 @Isonthecase I'm so glad you said this as I've been sure I can feel movements for just over a week now! It seems mad but I know what it feels like from last time and this is exactly the same. I haven't had my scan yet so I can't prove it but I think when you know you know! Part of me is like... is this twins?! Haha

@Moonshine160 ah can imagine you must be so fed up with it now, with the constipation those Ella's kitchen baby prune purees are really good, plus a hot water with lemon in the morning

I called up EPU and she just said not to worry about loss of symptoms as I could wake up tomorrow and they'll be full force with something else added on lol which I know anyway and felt silly for asking but I feel like I need reassured all the bloody time! 🙈 I had a scan less than 2 weeks ago and all was fine but I feel like it's been longer than that. Good luck with your scan tomorrow too! ✨️ mine isn't until 7:15pm so I'll be impatiently waiting all day lol x

@annlee3817 I just saw your post on the other thread and wanted to mention it here in case anyone missed it over there. Congrats on the NIPT news and that you're having a little girl!
9 working days seems like an excessive amount of time to wait for results though! Granted, this is my first pregnancy so I have no idea. Is that normal?!

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! The fears were unnecessary, he was in there bouncing around (literally). Measuring so close to expected due date they didn't change it. Currently 12+2, due 30th August, but I think might actually be 2nd September based off ovulation/measurements. Who the hell knows. Just so happy to see that there was nothing obviously wrong at this stage :)
