Thought I'd start a new thread for us expecting March 2022!

Congratulations!!

I'm 4+2 with my first, conceived via IVF. I have endo & adeno so pretty nervous. Have told hubby & my sis so far but it's hard keeping the excitement in! It's been a long TTC journey over the last 5 years...

Hope everyone is feeling well in these early days xx

I've woken up with some pink spotting mixed in with CM and also wben I wipe. I don't have any cramps but I do have some mild back pain. I've text the midwife for some advice but my mind has gone I I overdrive.

I'm already having a shit day in work and probably caused offence to a friend. I'm in two minds to let my supervisor know at this stage. I really didn't as they are not going to take it well, but I feel such a mess today.

Really sorry, this must be so stressful, although it could be nothing to worry about. I think you've done the right thing with the midwife.

If it was me I wouldn't rush anything with your supervisor, as once it's done it's done. Can you get yourself some space by feigning a headache etc.

Sure your friend will forgive and forget too, even if she has taken offence, probably not as bad as you think x

Thanks @JuneySunshine, I think some fresh air is just what I need.

The midwife has responded to advise that a bit of pink/brown spotting is quite normal. If it becomes fresh red, then go up to the Emergency Room at the local maternity hospital. Back discomfort is also normal.

I will monitor it and see how I get on today. Its such a worrying time. I booked an early scan at a private clinic for next Monday last night too x

@CurlyNo2 That's good advice from the midwife, and something to focus on until the scan.

I know it's so hard to keep calm. I woke up in the night with shooting cramps myself and even once they eased off my heart was racing.

Hope you get a break and feel calmer the rest of the day x

I’m 4+1 with no2. Not sure if I will be here yet as been having really pale spotting & light cramps but hoping it’s implantation.

I'm due mid March fingers crossed. Had two miscarriages in a row & this is my 3rd time lucky hopefully. Hcg levels rising nicely early scan booked in for Monday. I need all the good luck in the world. Wishing you all healthy pregnancies & babies x

I’m 7 weeks tomorrow. Had a MMC in March so I’m hoping all will be ok with this one. Feel exactly the same as my last pregnancy (no symptoms at all) so I am very worried I will have a MMC again. Going for a private early scan on Sunday so I’ll be 7+4

@Shakira1111 same as me, I had two mc in a row so hoping this will be third time lucky. Saw the heartbeat yesterday so just have to pray and take one day at a time

Ok ladies I'm panicking I'm 6weeks one day and clear blue is still showing me 2-3 weeks. I can assure you my dates aren't off as the deed took place just before a family death and I wasn't in the mood as it were after.

I got my first 2-3 weeks 13 July and I thought I would wait until 6+ to get 3+ but still stuck on 2-3

Have had a lot of losses and I know I should step away from the pregnancy tests - but I have the fear.

Scan booked in for Friday ! Please anyone had this before good and bad stories ? I want to prepare for the loss if I'm being unrealistic.

Cramping but no blood as of yet 😞😞😞

@newomums it's really unhelpful but it really could go either way. Best of luck for Friday. Try and bring it forward if possible no need for you to spend the next few days stressing if you can find out sooner

Is anyone having this constant sickly feeling and constant dizziness??
I’m not being sick half as much as I was a couple of weeks ago but I feel much worse as I’m now feeling sick and dizzy all day long ☹️☹️

I think our journey has come to an end. After some light spotting on Monday, I’ve been bleeding heavily.

Hi! 5+2 and starting to worry! First pregnancy & have started to have pains on left side that come and go, aren’t too sore! Also yesterday started having brown when I wiped! Spoke to early pregnancy and they said this is normal & that if it was ectopic then pain would be unbearable. Am
I panicking too much?!

8 weeks today and have first midwife appointment today. I'm so nervous. In last two pregnancies I never got to this point. Anyone finding that their breasts are too big for their bras that the nipples are starting to chafe? I have ordered some bras in two sizes after measuring myself. I wanted to get professionally measured but don't want to risk exposure when I haven't had my second jab.

No sickness for me but only light-headed and dizzy. I spoke to my doctor about it last week and he said that's a good thing. My blood pressure is low because all my blood is being directed towards the baby.

You sound exactly like me. After two miscarriages, I saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks. Now, I'm 8 weeks and feel like sometimes this doesn't feel real and other times it's monumental and life-changing.

Yes! And people keep arranging things in this heat that I keep having to find excuses for- I’ve had to tell more people than I thought I would at this stage purely because I need people to understand why sitting out in the sun when I am feeling like this is a terrible idea. Got 3 weddings to go to in the next 2 weeks- dreading it!

@Mon95x I'm at the same stage 5+3. I had spotting before which seemed to fit with timing for implantation but this morning have had brown discharge. I still get little tugging pains on and off on the side I ovulated from too. I think I'm just going to wait and see here, as advice seems to be brown blood is old and OK. My app said bean is now 10,000 times the size of the fertilised egg so suppose its not surprising there's some disruption. Fully understand and share your nervousness despite reassurances though...

@MissL85 congratulations I have a scan booked Monday just to rule out ectopic. I'm so scared all the time. I been having some pain in my ovaries mostly my left but I'm sure I have cysts & fibroids I just can't seem to accept it yet. I can't wait to see & hear a heartbeat I don't think I will fully relax until I get to 20 weeks lol I had some blood tests to see if any reason for my miscarriages & everything came back normal. I had bloods taken yesterday & they've gone from 188 on Sunday to a whopping 650 in 48 hours so all good so far. I never got past 36 on my hcg levels before x

I'm 4 + 3 today so just a day ahead of you. I've been the same with pale spotting, it's such a nervous time isn't it. I've had a look at my local hospital website and they described light bleeding/cramping as 'normal' been the most reassuring thing I've seen so far beyond the mostly positive stories on Mumsnet! Good luck for it being implantation for us both

After a very anxious few days, I managed a trip to our local EPU where I was able to see a rather active little 8w2d bean, heartbeat and all!

After 4 miscarriages in a row (and one month before starting IVF), this is the furthest that I have ever got. The nurse said that everything was just as it should be so I am keeping everything crossed and trying not to think too far ahead.

Mind you, the sickness and the bone-shattering exhaustion are a constant reminder that something is going on.

The only thing is that my EDD has been pushed into February so, technically, I need to change group Wink
