Hi Ladies, I've been getting impatient lately as my energy has dropped and I'm huge! Baby is measuring ahead and I have extra amniotic fluid around the baby. They are talking about induction so I guess its nearly time for me...

Anybody else? X

Hey everyone. My little boy William was born on early on Friday morning, 8lb4oz. He has a bit of an infection so we’re staying in hospital for a couple of days but he’s doing ok. And is beautiful 🙂 congrats @RachShad too and yeah, OMG the childbirth burn! Ouch

Congratulations @BlackberrySt that's brilliant news and a lovely name (that is in our top 3 actually!) Hope you can get some rest in the hospital and that his infection clears up quickly.

@Ctvyh7h7 how many weeks are you now? Don’t worry, it’ll happen 🙂the wait is awful though.

He’s on antibiotics so we’ll be in hospital a few more days. They are tube feeding him at the moment as he doesn’t have much energy for breastfeeding, but I’m expressing colostrum for him. Sounds more stressful than it is, the hospital care has been brilliant and everyone is very confident he’ll be fine in a couple of days - he is more lively already. Been able to do loads of skin to skin, it’s the best 🙂

I’m 37 + 4 today with my third and think he will be here in the next day or two.
Woke up at 1am very nauseated, pain spreading from back to stomach so had some paracetamol and went back to sleep, this morning I’ve got diarrhoea again like yesterday and stomach cramps.
I just know that it’s coming 🤦🏼‍♀️ So trying to get everything in order ready because from what ive read third baby’s can come quick and my 2nd was born at 38 weeks and within a few hours of me going into labour.

Ah thank you @Ctvyh7h7 hehe I feel a bit more weepy today as it happens but I’m definitely sleep deprived and hormonal! Also it’s so HOT all the time in this hospital. Hope everyone else is coping with the heat, I feel for anyone still pregnant.

No news from me unfortunately - really struggling in the heat & feeling generally very fed up! I've got my 40 week midwife appt on Wednesday so I'll be accepting a sweep & hoping for the best 🙈

Morning all. Baby Edward was born yesterday at 1434. He is wonderful. Birth was quick which I'm grateful for but because it was quick ended in episiotomy. Hope you are all doing well and sending wishes to everyone waiting for their littles bundles in this heat ❤
