So torn about putting this under pregnancy or parenting 🥴 I think we’re halfway there on deliveries - just a last push needed!

I guess we’ve reached that point where we’re all too busy with our babies to keep chatting on here 😜

Oops sorry @footprintsintheslow I was sure I'd replied to this! I call him a toddler but he's nearly 4 so I probably need to stop 😂 yes though he's going through stages of wanting to be carried etc where he didn't before. He adores his little brother though and it's lovely to watch them interact now we are getting smiles!

@pigletpie2177 ahaha yep... luckily they are lovely and have a big enough house for us not to be constantly on top of each other... although already finding my MiL is stepping on my toes a bit concerning what to do with Babba. I know she means well and is trying to help which kind of makes it worse!!

Ha yes Rightmove and Zoopla can get very addictive! Viewing one tomorrow so fingers crossed!

Aw that’s great about J! S’s tongue tie was revisited at 8wks as not fully divided... definitely is now and fingers crossed feeding is going lots better. He’s been growing fine thanks to formula top ups so all good. He’s also a pretty cheery and placid baby 🥰

I completely forgot about this app ladies haha life is busy lovely but busy. T still has laryngomalcia but it's def strengthening the noise isn't so bad! He's got app ok the 20th but I don't think he will need an op. He's very vocal he laughs too now and loves to eat his hands continuously so we are usually covered in dribble. No sign of rolling but he's a bit of a chunk 😂

@SnookyPook you may just be living my life lol. I also moved out of my house and in with in laws in August whilst we looked for our first home to buy - luckily found the perfect place in December and got keys at the start of March, currently having works done, and cannot wait to move in.
Mil is lovely, but a bit of a nightmare at the same time - an example being, LO has the same hands as MIL, and MIL is constantly kissing them saying “look how beautiful her little hands are” .. might be hormones but the patheticness triggers me internally.

How’s everyone getting on with “sleep training”? Mine turns 3 months in a couple weeks and I’m slowly trying to get something in place - currently 10pm is bedtime .. Ooops

I never did sleep training with my eldest and won't be this time either. Bedtime is what works for you - assuming that they are napping on/near you in the day (so getting enough overall) give yourself a break.

I bedshare with J so he goes to bed with us about midnight, though he will have slept on us throughout much of the evening. Another feed and nappy change before we settle down then helps himself to the boob buffet as and when he fancies through the night ☺️

@xsxsxsxs oh that’s so funny! Great you’ve found somewhere - bet you can’t wait for it to be ready now! Enjoy the moving in!!

@pigletpie2177 love this! This is basically what we’re doing too. I’m a FTM so have had a few moments of doubting myself and wondering if I need a better ‘bedtime’ routine so hearing you say this is really reassuring!

@SnookyPook it's so easy to beat yourself up about stuff isn't it? I probably should have some sort of bath time routine built in for him as that a a bit ad hoc, but this worked for us with number 1 and he's great at going to bed (in his own bed) now so don't panic about all the "rod for your own back" nonsense. Sneaks in occasionally for a cuddle but I quite like that ☺️ I think J has spent about 40 minutes in his Moses basket in the ten weeks he's been here and that's mostly while I have a wash/brush my teeth/get dressed rather than actual sleep!

@pigletpie2177 yes I must say I rather enjoy the snuggles and I’m so conscious of everyone saying how quick it goes I feel like I want to savour as much of him as possible! 🥰

Yay how are you all? & bubba's any crawlers yet?

We are both good. Alice is 5 months old. Not crawling or anything yet. Can sit up a little unaided and started to roll over. She is such a beauty. I can't remember life without her.

Lovely name we're the same it's really made life in lockdown a happy time having him around. He's 6months now he can sit & roll and he has one tooth but no signs of moving yet.

Aw lovely to get updates! Seb will be 5 months tomorrow! He’s not crawling properly yet but he’s rolling and moving round like a ninja... he can do little sneaky commando crawl movements and never stays where we put him. I love him so much 🥰 Agree it’s put a positive glow on lockdown!
