Hi ladies, so much to catch up on! I've had no bleeding today, so that's a relief! Just going to keep fingers crossed.

Ladies worried about NT measurements, if you get a high risk, or are worried, maybe consider an NIPT? I had one with my 2nd after I got a high risk result, it's what they recommend now before/instead of getting an amnio.

@Threnody so pleased to hear your bleeding has stopped 🙏🏽 how are you feeling? Have you had much by way of symptoms yet? X

@MrsK21 thanks. Feeling ok, still anxious. I have some nausea, but that's about it.

@SkyBlue20 aw thanks sorry I didn’t realise the reveal was for gender I wasn’t sure how many people you had told about the pregnancy xx but have a look as there maybe something. Do they live far away or isolating from covid? Maybe you could post them something? The cupcakes are a great idea too 😁

@Lollol86 ah scan buddies ❤️ I will be hopefully 13 weeks by then so least if it all goes well I can say I’m officially out the 1st trimester too.

Just had to catch up on 4 pages!
My sister got rushed back into hospital and she's having an operation as I type this, they've decided the cyst had grown again, so it was time to remove it. Could have saved them all the hassle and done it last week when she was first in there!!
Nice to see there are some newbies!
Glad everything seems to be going well for most people.
I've got another scan on Monday to finish off the measurements, quite glad I get to see the little baba again, let's hope it decides to play ball and faces the right way this time though!!

@Threnody completely understand about the anxiety. I reckon it might've been bleeding around when your AF was due or something and it's calmed down now.
I'm the same, just have a touch of nausea now and then and more tired. Last time I had a whole array of blazing symptoms which then disappeared so hoping this slow and steady approach with symptoms is actually a much better thing x

@MrsK21 Maybe. Just going to hope it doesn't happen again. I'm 14dpo today, and got 2-3 weeks on a clearblue, so at least my hcg levels are going up as expected.

I think I'm joining the bad dreams club here. They aren't so bad at the moment just really weird and i wake up remembering them which really isn't normal for me. I'm hoping it's a good sign that everything is going in the right direction. All my symptoms seem to come and go but I know it's still so early. After my mmc I didn't lose my symptoms (scan at 8 weeks but no heartbeat and measuring 7 weeks) so even having any symptoms doesn't reassure me. I know that anxiety you are all feeling going to scans. I can't wait for my first one but I'm so worried about it. Glad to hear that everyone is doing well and having really positive scans at the moment. It's really nice to hear the updates

Oh my goodness! So much to catch up on! I need to find time to sit and read through it all! I find sitting down to chat so hard at the moment - life is just so busy! I keep thinking back to what I was doing at this point with my daughter and I really haven't paid this baby half the attention she had 😩 I almost forget until I get into bed at night and then I am consumed by anxiety. 18 weeks now but I still don't think I have felt much. I have my scan on 14th so 🤞 all is well.

I had another potential possible maybe perhaps movement this evening - down low, on my left and felt like a really light flip, like a roll or turn. Again, not sure and not getting my hopes up so will see how it goes but fingers crossed! 🤞🏼I get quite a lot going on in my stomach anyway as I have intolerances that are always setting it off but at that point it was otherwise settled so who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also, keep meaning to say, I hope all is ok with @bubblybon20 - I don’t think she’s been round for a while?

Morning all - hope everyone’s okay. I had a call from the pregnancy booking line yesterday just to register things, booking apt call will be when I’m 8-12 weeks (they booked a date/time last time but haven’f this time 🤷🏻‍♀️). Blood apt form should with me in a few days & I should book asap (didn’t have to do that last time coz of covid, it was going to be done at 12w scan which I didn’t get to). Scan letter will follow too & DH allowed to come now, SO relieved! Still going to book an 8.5 week private scan though. I’m 5w today & still no symptoms, just have to hope the next few weeks go quickly! Doesn’t feel real at all, I’m checking loo roll like a mad woman 🙈

@Threnody so pleased the bleeding’s stopped & the CB dates have increased, great signs.

Last nights weird dreams...

1. Me and DH both got shot by four men who came to our house, both had a bullet hole in the same place which was left of tummy and went all the way through to back, horrible, plus I was pregnant so I was panicking 😩
2. Discovered a 3rd bedroom in my house that I somehow hadn’t noticed in all this time and it was huge with dividing doors to make like another 3 separate rooms 😅 I was saying to DH yay we can have like 3 kids now! Think it’s cause I’ve always wanted 3 but we only have 2 bedrooms which is why we discussed an attic conversion one day hopefully as don’t want to move really x

@Pugprincess the first part of your dream sounds horrific! Hope you're feeling ok. I had a seriously shitty dream last night too and so so scary, what's the deal with this?!

I think I'm going to register for maternity care at 5 weeks (I'm 4+5 today) as my first little milestone that I've reached x

What is up with these dreams!? I woke up in a sweat at 4am after a nightmare I’d been kidnapped by a taxi driver!!

@starfish762 great your partner can attend the scan! My scan letter says they can but pretty sure they can't. It's not for 7 weeks so things could change...

Bad dreams again here too last night, I was rescuing an abused toddler in a shopping centre that turned into a shoot out!

We've told a few more people over the last few days. I'm still feeling pretty nervous so not doing a massive thing or social media announcement (probably wouldn't do that anyway though it's not my thing). I think the bleed and hematoma has taking some of the joy of reaching the 2nd trimester away as the nerves and anxiety are still pretty high.

Went for a walk today for the first real exercise this week, sat down afterwards and when I got up felt really achy/crampy for about 15 minutes. Think I really do need to be taking it easy. Every twinge sets me off into a bit of a spiral of doom at the moment.

@Workingmama1 Nope, still no partners at Bolton - I check their website religiously 🙈 They usually update every Friday but it’s not been updated since the 18th now. I’m hoping now that their restrictions have been brought back in line with the great of G.Mcr that they may start allowing them again as they were just before they went in to tighter lockdown! 3.5 weeks until my scan and hoping it’s changed by then for us both 🤞🏼
Definitely take it easy, it’s a good excuse to do so.

Sounds like terrible dreams all round last night! Hope tonight is more restful (and less stressful!) for everyone.

TMI alert I was just in the car on the way home and felt liquid and was so concerned it was blood, got back and went straight to check, just discharge. Looked like I’d wet myself a bit! My app did say I’d get more from this week but didn’t expect that level 🙈 Also had horrendous nausea today, thought I was going to throw up in the car on the motorway before, plus my boobs are super tingly and I’m exhausted so I think all in all, they’re good signs that everything is still ok in there! 🤞🏼

@SkyBlue20 how far along are you now? I'm sure you have said before but it's so much conversation to read back on lol those do sound like good signs

@Simmy20 I’m 17+1, you’d think a lot less with that message 😂 Have definitely been feeling much better this trimester (not quite 100% though) but have had a couple of late nights this weekend and that always makes me feel worse again. I’m not complaining, nice to have that little bit of reassurance!

Sister's ok went well, thankfully! She is now home, had an awful come down from the drugs though, bless her!

I noticed loads more veins appearing on my boobs this morn. 12 week milestone tomorrow 😁🤞🏻 My hospital says one named partner so I’m wondering if that can be anyone aslongs you let them know? I need to ring and ask. Husband is working and doesn’t get paid for time off so it would be nice if I could bring his mum. He’s been to all the private scans with me and it sounds like you don’t get to see so much at an nhs one? I’m assuming it’s like the epu and just a little monitor no big projector or tv lol 😆
