Thanks for making a new thread!!!

So I fell over at work yesterday 😕 only on my side (hurt me knee hip and shoulder) I'm really worried but my partner doesn't think it's anything to worry about but I can't stop thinking about it, I've got no bleeding or pain so I think I just need to wait until me scan next week Thursday

MrsAndMrs · 14/09/2020 15:26

@holb54 thanks for making a new thread!!

@TravelGem I hope you're okay, can imagine you must feel quite stressed out. I imagine everything will be okay but maybe give your midwife a quick ring for some reassurance?

holb54 · 14/09/2020 15:28

Sorry in advance to anyone forgotten! Was just a copy and paste job of anyone who'd been active very recently in the last thread 😬

Thanks for the new thread x

ValidUser · 14/09/2020 15:38

Thanks @holb54!

chloxhunt · 14/09/2020 15:42

Thanksss

Phie04 · 14/09/2020 15:43

Thanks!

chloxhunt · 14/09/2020 15:47

Anyone else keep suddenly tempering they're pregnant because they don't feel it? 😂😂😂 I feel more when I'm about to come on my period tbh😂

Babafarmer · 14/09/2020 15:53

Thank you for the new thread and tag @holb54

ElsiesJourney · 14/09/2020 16:31

Thank you!! I'm sure we are the most active thread on here.

Rosehips89 · 14/09/2020 16:47

When are we moving to Facebook? I know we were waiting for the last few people to have their scan first, are we there now?

CC5321 · 14/09/2020 16:55

Thanks for adding me again @holb54!

holb54 · 14/09/2020 17:10

@Rosehips89 going by a thread in the #2 group there's quite a few scans this week and a few on the 21st so think we should try hold off until the last few days of the month to try have everyone who wants to join be able to at the same time

Will the mumsnet thread still be open / active? I like the anonymity of it x

ValidUser · 14/09/2020 17:33

@Taylortyler presumably. I plan to use Facebook too, but if I want to talk about my haemorrhoids I'd prefer my face not be attached. 😂

SnickerdoodleSnek · 14/09/2020 17:44

Thanks for making the new thread @holb54!

Okay, so, I told the school I'm pregnant today. I was terrified since I've not been there long, but everyone was lovely and supportive. They're doing risk assessment but I'm planning to stay working as long as I possibly can! Feeling so much better now it's out in the open!

TheFoz · 14/09/2020 17:47

Cheers for the shiny new thread @holb54. @Rosehips89 Facebook was mentioned for the start of October when everyone has had their 12 week scans.

I got sent home with my green folder today so I can’t wait to have a look through it. I also got a pack too with lots of information leaflets in it. I’m sure there’s been a lot of changes since I had my last twelve years ago!

I’m killed with heartburn today. I had a sandwich earlier on and I think maybe I ate it too quickly, I was starving! Thankfully Rennies so far are working.

CazWte · 14/09/2020 17:48

Thank you for the new thread! So sorry to hear the sad news for some of our ladies today 😔 xxx

mrswx · 14/09/2020 17:50

Thanks for the new thread. I need to try and talk more 😊

How is everyone feeling?

I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow, but still really sick, headaches and so tired. I was hoping it was going to ease up 😩

holb54 · 14/09/2020 17:53

@TheFoz Haha I'd mine open the minute I got home! 😂 the information booklets (or at least the ones I got) are quite good!

NoGinNotComingIn · 14/09/2020 17:56

I might join a fb group after my 20 week scan (early oct), we aren't telling anyone until then so I'd rather not be a group titled "March 2021 babies" fb will spam me with baby ads when it realises too 😆

holb54 · 14/09/2020 17:59

@Taylortyler @ValidUser have been thinking of that, was thinking we could make it a private group and have two or three admin and anything private could be sent in to admin and put anonymously to the group but not sure it would work, anyone be that interested etc.

ChubbyMumFromSkye · 14/09/2020 18:04

Thanks @holb54 for the new thread 😊

Taylortyler · 14/09/2020 18:26

@NoGinNotComingIn I followed the peanut app on insta, thinking it would go unnoticed and it's about fertility and ttc as well as babies- someone then told me when I announced the pregnancy they'd guessed when I followed it!
