@LeopardLover Oh and my new EDD is 6th April 2021 😆

LeopardLover · 07/10/2020 14:50

@BuckleUp Next Thursday!! Can't wait. Ahhh, okay that makes sense. 😊 How exciting 6th April - right at the beginning! You could end up with a little March baby. 💕 Thanks for asking! No more sickness thankfully but definitely feeling mildly nauseous and more emotional 🙈 Ready for this secret to be out! X

BuckleUp · 07/10/2020 14:57

@LeopardLover Thursday! That'll rush by 😆. I'm hoping for an April Fool's baby if I'm honest! I think that would amuse DH for life 😂. Glad you're feeling better, not long until you can tell the world now! I admire your self discipline, I'd already told most of my friends and family by that point..

LeopardLover · 07/10/2020 15:02

@BuckleUp Haha that would be so cute!! Hopefully it flies by. 🙏🏻 I honestly feel like I deserve a medal, DH thinks I'm hilarious because he's naturally so private but I'm an open book. Hopefully my friends will be impressed because they know how hard it would've been. 🙈 X

Lynz2020 · 07/10/2020 18:44

I had my 12 week scan, measuring a couple more days over then I thought, baby was moving around and is hiding behind the placenta, so means I may not be able to feel much until around 20 weeks which will be a bit nerve wracking but they said its normal.

LeopardLover · 07/10/2020 18:58

@Lynz2020 Yay!! So glad it went well and baby was busy dancing 😁 At least it's nothing to worry about and will likely change before baby comes. There have been a few threads about it - I'd never heard of it until recently. X

cheekypanda · 07/10/2020 19:06

@Lynz2020 yay 😀 great news xx

Lynz2020 · 07/10/2020 19:13

@LeopardLover i know, it was exciting, we only had to pay for 1 photo and we got 2 free because of covid, my husband was allowed in too, but he couldn't stay in the waiting room with me, he had to go down 1 floor and wait with a buzzer like you get at a restaurant and wait for it to beep then meet me in the room lol. The nurse also had pity on me coz she said my bladder was pretty much full and I must be dying for a wee lol. I had already done before I left the house so not sure what happened.
I'd but heard of it either but the nurse said she had it with her 3rd. I had my blood taken for all the tests too, if it's not so good news i get a call before the weekend and if everything is good I get a letter in about 7-10 days. Hopefully before then though.

LeopardLover · 07/10/2020 20:36

@Lynz2020 Oh go on - love a freebie. How funny DH had to be buzzed in!! Hopefully you get low risk results soon. 😊💕

cheekypanda · 08/10/2020 12:13

Had my scan, all was amazing. I couldn't be more happier but scared it's actually real now! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

LeopardLover · 08/10/2020 12:28

@cheekypanda SO SO pleased to hear this! Congratulations! ❤️

Parkandride · 08/10/2020 12:58

Ahh that's amazing, so pleased it went well @cheekypanda

God I can't wait for mine I feel in such limbo, I keep endlessly scrolling and refreshing mumsnet but I don't even know what I'm looking for. Something to fill the time I guess!

BuckleUp · 08/10/2020 13:29

@cheekypanda Great news! Glad it all went well for you today 😊

AprilShowers2021 · 08/10/2020 13:36

@cheekypanda, @Lynz2020 congratulations to you and to everyone else who has had their 12 weeks scans. How exciting! ☺

Lollol86 · 08/10/2020 15:13

@cheekypanda ahhh congratulations, I can't wait for mine on Tuesday xx

Tiff94 · 08/10/2020 17:17

Hey ladies hope everyone is well.

This is just a quick message about our Facebook group that has been based of the April thread here on mumsnet. I know most member on the threads have already joined us on FB. For those who haven't just yet I'm keeping the page open for joining for another two weeks until 22.10.20 before it will be a closed off group this is to keep ourselves private from unwanted people trying to join. So if you can send a request with your username in the next two weeks you will be added in after that it will be via invite only and you would have to know someone In the group. Like I said this is to keep it private for our members safety.
Here is the joining link after the 22.10.20 it will no longer work.

Thanks have a great day xx

83Mimi · 08/10/2020 17:20

If we join the group can friends on FB see we are in that group? I'm not telling anyone until we get the results of blood tests from 12 weeks scan so that might be a week or more to find out. Would not be great if friends/family found out on FB before i told them Grin

Tiff94 · 08/10/2020 17:22

@83Mimi no it's completely private only member of the group can see that your in it. Everything and all content is hidden to the public already Xx

83Mimi · 08/10/2020 17:45
