Anyone 5 weeks pregnant? Want to keep in touch?

Hey so I'm 5 weeks pregnant! It's our first!

I feel kind of alone and lost because none of our friends or family know as we want to keep it a secret and I want someone to turn to to share my experience or ask questions.

Anyone fancy keeping touch on this thread?

I'm sick of googling stuff it just worries me lol x

The bleeding only happens when I wipe.

Help please I have absolutely no one I can turn to 😩

UPDATE :
So took a digital test and it came up not pregnant.

Phoned early pregnancy unit and they said I've to call a number tomororow.

To monitor bleeding and to take another test in 3 weeks.

Why 3 weeks? :(:((

Please do not let them fob you off call back and demand a scan or to be seen! They cannot leave you for 3 weeks in the unknown .....

@JTB123 Definitely think I've miscarried.

It's like a normal period, bleeding and cramping.

Also the test came back negative.

Been doing a lot of research think we have lost the baby 😭

Sorry to hear this @Annie1211 I've lost two babies in the last 10 months - and I know how empty it leaves you feeling. If the bleeding is much heavier hopefully the EPU will see you or maybe you can get a private scan to at least know where you stand. I'm so sorry, it's really hard x

@Annie1211 I'm so utterly utterly devastated for you. It sounds exactly like how one of my losses went at around the same gestation and the only comfort I can give you is that it absolutely doesn't mean this will ever happen again

If you want to, call the EPU back and ask to come in for a scan, Don't tell them your pregnancy test is negative and they should see you. However, know that the scan in all likelihood is going to tell you what you already know. I went for a scan, and the words 'empty uterus' still absolutely haunt me, so it's perhaps not going to give you the closure you're after
