Hi guys! Just found out were expecting. Very early but have no one else I can compare symptoms or questions with. Also thought it would be nice to follow pregnancies together. Expected due date should be the middle of March!

Hi! I'm due 14th march. I'm 27 and this is baby number 2. Before I took the test I had awful acid reflux to the point where I was sick, i hadn't had it that bad since my first pregnancy so the next day i took a test and got my bfp! I've also been super emotional, crying at random things 😂

AnaBananas · 04/07/2020 23:03

Congratulations both! I got my BFP on Monday 29 June (9dpo). FTM. I’m due on the 11 March 2021. I’ve had mild cramping on both my left and right sides since finding out I was pregnant (as if AF is about to come any moment - which is constantly making me panic). I’m a bit worried about giving birth during this pandemic, especially knowing that my OH won’t be allowed in on the scans, and the fact that I can’t see a midwife until 12 weeks.

BuffyFanForever · 05/07/2020 03:58

Hi guys can I join? Got my bfp finally after years of trying. 😊

shell1002 · 05/07/2020 09:17

Hey everyone, I'm currently 17 days dpo and have been testing positive since 8 days dpo! This is my 3rd pregnancy but last one was ectopic, I have a 3.5 year old little boy. 30, from Liverpool UK. I have an early scan tomorrow to make sure everything is in the right place. I'll be due early March all being well, My due date it is 7th March but I will be having an elective section this time around (1st pregnancy delivery ended in emergency C section) so I think they'll book me in at 39 weeks. Congratulations everyone!! I also test everyday because I'm terrified of another ectopic! I think seeing the hormone line getting stronger eases my anxiety x

Phie04 · 05/07/2020 09:44

Hi ladies. Congratulations on your pregnancies! This is my second pregnancy but first baby! Managed to conceive after one try.

Today I've woken up feeling a little sick which I think is due to heartburn. Not sure if its related to pregnancy...

My boobs are a little tender but they normally hurt more when AF is due is that normal? They ache a bit more on the nights but when I wale up the next day it calms down. Other than tiredness, lack of energy and headaches I feel great.

@AnaBananas I am also very nervous. Hopefully things will have calmed down by the time we give birth. It won't be the same if my partner can't see the scan. However I think he is more excited than me!! All he keeps doing is googling how to keep me healthy and looking at cute clothes he wants to buy (eventually)

Sore boobs where my 1st sign, they where really uncomfortable which prompted me to test at 8dpo and I had a faint positive! Since then my boobs continue to be sore, slight nausea and fatigue x

Ricekrispiecake · 05/07/2020 09:51

Hi ladies , I’m due 2nd March . Never felt so rough in my life - nauseous heartburn bloating and occasional cramping . Can’t touch chocolate or tea , my OH went pub yesterday n the smell of alcohol made me sick.
Literally everything is bothering me I’m thinking of booking early private scan to check all is ok , we lost twins last year at 14 weeks and I just can’t relax

shell1002 · 05/07/2020 09:54

So sorry for your loss, it's nerve wracking next time around after loss, I'm just trying to keep busy until my scan tomorrow, my little boy is keeping me active! X

Phie04 · 05/07/2020 13:35

Sorry for your loss @Ricekrispiecake hope everything goes well for you. I imagine being anxious won't do either of you good it might be worth finding some hobbies to make time go quicker!! Fingers crossed for you that you have a safe and healthy pregnancy x

Hi thought I’d join in! I’m due 6th March with DC2! Very excited but had a chemical in May so also very nervous and paranoid!

XjustagirlX · 05/07/2020 13:59

Hi I’m pregnant with baby number 1. I’m 5+3 today. I had an ectopic in March so I’m having an early scan on Thursday. This week is dragging though, can’t wait until Thursday. We have been trying for over a year so really hopes it sticks.

XjustagirlX · 05/07/2020 14:00

What symptoms has everyone had? I feel slightly nauseous in the mornings but not actually been sick. Boobs also feel very heavy and lots of CM.

Rainbow1808 · 05/07/2020 14:03

@XjustagirlX I’m 5+1. I feel a lot more tired, boobs a little sore but very heavy, and feel slightly sick but strangely it only kicks in at like 2am and wakes me up😴

mill2304 · 05/07/2020 16:13

Hey, congratulations all!
I'm 6 weeks due around 7th March!
Not many symptoms yet just sore boobs and mild cramping. Do any of you have morning sickness? If so when did it kick in?

from Yorkshire, UK Xx

Phie04 · 05/07/2020 18:14

Ive been feeling a little sick but no sickness and usually disappears after I sit down or drink water. Have tender boobs but barely. Is that normal?

Having cramps - or should I say shooting pains in my right side of uterus!! Im just under 4 weeks if the calculator is right. When do you need to begin folic acid etc? Do you need to see a doc first? I'm totally new at this and have no idea what to do next!

Jadeypie · 05/07/2020 18:37

@Phie04 hi chic I know how you feel ever since finding out I feel totally clueless haha. Start your folic acid now I started mine the day after I found out. I have only just started feeling sick this week I am 7+2 I don't actually be sick but I feel like I have constant travel sickness and eating is the only way to feel relief haha. I have been having cramps and shooting pains twinges u name it since about 5 weeks so don't worry apprently it's all normal as long as they don't get worse or serve. Everyone's different try not to worry I rang my Drs as soon as I found out and I have my booking appointment the 13th xx

AnaBananas · 05/07/2020 19:01

@Phie04 yes, start taking your folic acid now. 400mg only is required. I also take a small dose of Vit D, 10mg. Some of my symptoms also appear similar to you: slight tender/heavy breasts recently (4 weeks), which are hardly noticeable. Also have pain around the uterus, however today I had a shooting pain randomly as I was sitting down.

Phie04 · 05/07/2020 19:37

@Jadeypie thanks for the reply! I will ring dctrs tomorrow morning and pop to the pharmacy! Waiting another 9 weeks until I see baba is going to be hard! May have to book a private to makesure all is ok.

@AnaBananas I already take vit D but will start folic acid tomorrow. Only found out I was prgnt 2 days ago will that affect it? I also have has shooting pains but as im only around 4 weeks does that mean something may go wrong?

Hi everyone, just wanted to say hi as I've just had BFP and am around 4 weeks with due date of 14th March. I turned 40 this year and have had two miscarriages in last year so I'm really not getting too excited yet. I have no trouble falling pregnant but can't seem to get passed 8 weeks. Look forward to hearing symptoms and stories 😊congratulations all xx

Phie04 · 05/07/2020 20:21

@hellymum21 So sorry to hear that. Congrats on your BFP! Fingers crossed this pregnancy reaches full term x

Rainbow1808 · 05/07/2020 20:30

@hellymum21 congratulations! Sorry to hear about your miscarriages. I totally know what you mean when you say you’re not getting too excited. I feel the same although I’ve only had the 1 mc! Fingers crossed for us both for a happy and healthy pregnancy! Xx

Ricekrispiecake · 05/07/2020 20:53

What do people think about booking early scans? I really want to do it but I’m abit scared - firstly incase there’s something wrong n second just because from what I’ve seen u can’t see a lot before 12 weeks ? I just need reassurance everything is ok .

Rainbow1808 · 05/07/2020 21:01

@Ricekrispiecake I didn’t have one with my son but with this one I may do

Charlotte2020 · 05/07/2020 21:06

Hi all! I got a bfp yesterday afternoon. I think I'm still slightly shocked! Happy but shocked (not sure why as it was planned!) The app I have says due date is March 11th. I've had a bit of nausea and lack of appetite but no other symptoms yet x
