Hi guys! Just found out were expecting. Very early but have no one else I can compare symptoms or questions with. Also thought it would be nice to follow pregnancies together. Expected due date should be the middle of March!

@Eppy123 I had a scan on Wednesday which I thought I was 6+4 but it dated me at 6+1. It was vaginal and they could see the heartbeat

Eppy123 · 25/07/2020 12:13

Oh thank you so much both of you that’s reassuring! @Rainbow1808 hopefully it’s like yours! That’s lovely :) x

Sussexbysea · 25/07/2020 12:15

@Jenw2018 oh lovely, there’s a few ladies here with the same symptoms. Hopefully they’ll get you seen to.

You can always take a test but your body will retain a trace of pregnancy hormones for a week or so if anything bad happens xx

ElsiesJourney · 25/07/2020 12:16

@Rainbow1808 so lovely to see!!!

Happy Saturday all, I'm so grateful to be able to do what I like when I like today and for the first time in what seems like ages I slept through the night!!! Hallelujah!!!

Now that pools are opening I'm tempted to book to go for a gentle swim tomorrow.

It sounds weird doesn't it but I'm actually quite grateful for the current climate of not much social activity as is making avoiding people and hiding not drinking much easier!!!

Jenw2018 · 25/07/2020 12:29

Thank you, I had to speak to nhs 111 as I haven’t had my booking in appointment yet, the doctor was really nice and told me to rest and try not to worry. I’m thinking of changing my private scan from 8weekd to next week for some reassurance

2020wish · 25/07/2020 12:30

@Jenw2018 bring it forward if you don’t feel u can wait longer. I would too. Hope ur ok x

Naomi89 · 25/07/2020 12:52

So I've craved and book an early scan!!! Its not for another 2 weeks and it cost me £70... Blush but itll be worth it. For some reason I just don't feel pregnant... I've got sore boobs and I am weeing for England- got up 3 times in the night! 😴 but overall just worried something is wrong.
I'll be 9 weeks & 3 days when I have my scan (I know it'll be about 3 weeks after that that'll I'll have my 12 week on but I couldn't wait..
It was the earliest I could get in & for when mum could watch our other two!!..
I'm super anxious!
I really hope everything is ok! 🤞🤞

DSP21 · 25/07/2020 12:56

@Naomi89 I totally understand how you feel. I have no symptoms what-so-ever and it's making me anxious even though I'm only 5 weeks. I think reading a lot of stories online has put things into my head so I booked in an early scan at 6weeks too (very early I know!) but I feel like it will put my mind at rest, right now I'm finding it hard to believe!

Naomi89 · 25/07/2020 13:01

I know! I get the occasional cramping on and off and although I feel more tired. I just can't relax which isn't good in pregnancy.
I've got my telephone booking appt on the 4th with the mw, then my early scan on 9th..I'm excited but just wish I could of booked it earlier!.. but just hope all is ok.
Plus the fact I have tested on clearblue to be getting 3+ (16th july) to testing against stupidly yesterday and getting 2-3.. so it's just made me more anxious that something is wrong...
I keep going to the loo in fear that I'm bleeding. 😥

Naomi89 · 25/07/2020 13:02

Good luck with your scan! I'm sure all is fine but I am with you completely... the worry just gets too much!

KatyCherry23 · 25/07/2020 14:29

I think the bleeding has stopped! I'm so happy but also still terrified. My boobs have also started to hurt again weirdly but I'm taking it as a good sign. I'm wondering if it was so implantation blood that took it's time coming out? Fingers crossed this baby is hanging on still. We after definitely going for an early scan though just to confirm, I really hate spending money though, silly really as I'm sure it will be worth it for peace of mind. I hope all you ladies are doing okay x

Headingtowardsforty · 25/07/2020 14:50

@KatyCherry23 that's great news. I'd still go with the early scan just to put your mind at rest.

Mine seems to have stopped too, if I didn't have a niggling pain by my hip I probably wouldn't be worried, but that is bothering me. Glad I have a scan on Monday to clear up what's going on.

ValidUser · 25/07/2020 14:51

We'll need a new thread soon. Almost at 1000!

My digital went up to 3+ weeks today. Only went to 2-3 on Monday. I'm 14 days after 5 day transfer (equivalent of 19dpo).

KatyCherry23 · 25/07/2020 14:54

@Headingtowardsforty that's exactly what was bothering me the pain and blood. If it was one or the other I probably wouldn't have really worried so much but both didn't feel right. I'm so glad yours has stopped too!

Headingtowardsforty · 25/07/2020 15:03

@KatyCherry23 unfortunately, it looks like I spoke too soon, as just been to the toilet and it's back, more than before.

KatyCherry23 · 25/07/2020 15:07

@Headingtowardsforty oh no lovely! I'm thinking of you! I really hope it's nothing to worry about x

Headingtowardsforty · 25/07/2020 15:16

@KatyCherry23 thanks, I just have a feeling it's not good. Scan not til Monday, which feels an age away at the moment.

2020wish · 25/07/2020 16:03

@ValidUser I’ve just bought more CB week indicator tests... hoping next time I test it’s 3+. I got 2-3 on Thursday 14/15dpo

@Headingtowardsforty oh no fingers crossed its nothing to worry about xx

DSP21 · 25/07/2020 16:22

@ValidUser I've got my cb digital waiting to use! I was 2-3 on Monday so I'm trying to hold out for another couple of days. Haven't test much since 13dpo, I'm now 20dpo and had a nice dark line on a normal cb test. Can't wait to see that 3+ pop up too!!

Headingtowardsforty · 25/07/2020 16:38

@2020wish I hope so, but have cramps coming and going, have put a pad on to see. Husband has promised not to drink in case I need to go and get checked.

BlenheimOrange · 25/07/2020 16:43

Hi guys, wow! I’ve just discovered this thread and it’s almost full, even though March 21 is so far away. I’m still in touch with the group from my last pregnancy 4 years ago so I hope this will be a lovely supportive group too. 😊🧡

ElsiesJourney · 25/07/2020 17:19

@Headingtowardsforty thinking of you and keeping all crossed that the little tinker is just being rebellious xxx

Headingtowardsforty · 25/07/2020 17:25

@ElsiesJourney thank you. The cramps have gone again now and although I think I'm still bleeding slightly (I haven't dared check) it's certainly not heavy enough for me to feel it lying here. I don't know what to think to be honest. Husband keeps saying no point worrying, but he's not the one actually feeling it.

2020wish · 25/07/2020 17:55

@Headingtowardsforty men can my so insensitive and it’s not their bodies going through the hormone process. Much love to u
