Hi everyone, I know it’s kind of early but I just found out my partner and I are expecting. I don’t have any pregnant friends so thought it might be nice to chat to some fellow mummies/mommies who might be expecting around the same time.

A bit about me - I’m Katie, live in the UK and have a daughter who is almost 3.

Hope to get to chat to some of you Smile

@CWF123 My hospital (St Thomas' in London) uses the Maternity Notes app, I know not all trusts do but I was told many use it now and they are trying to roll it out everywhere, could be yours doesn't yet. You would have been sent the link after your booking app't if they do.

It's not perfect (I can't see anything about my blood type on it, for example) but I was impressed that my combined screening results went up so fast.

I would be so stressed if I hadn't had the results yet! I understand "no news is good news" but I am somebody who is reassured by data. I'd be on the phone if I were you, trying to chase that up somewhere. Do you have a named midwife you can call?

@elfran ohh that's amazing that you have than and so happy your low risk! I might give them a call, I think we are behind in the north Iv not even had anything about my 18 week appointment yet! I'll call them on Monday and ask about both! Iv not been given a named midwife or anything and hardly spoke to anyone that have had us in and out of the clinic so fast if not even had change to ask questions! It's ridiculous really especially with it being my first baby and I get anxious easily so it's it's stressful at times! Hopefully they can help on Monday when I call. X
