BFP - Anyone else due February 2020?

Hello ladies,

Early days, due my period today and had a BFP since DPO11. It is progressing and my period hasn't arrived so I'm hoping this is a sticky baby! Anyone else recently this week got their BFP? Be nice to have a little group going x

Hiya, very tentatively joining! Am due 1st Feb after getting my BFP last Monday. Very nervous this time round after MC at 5+4 in Feb this year (am 5+3 today 😬)

I feel like I’ve got very mild period pains a lot of the time, like you get in the few days run up, does or has anyone else had this? Trying not to stress as I’ve read that some cramping is normal.

Also I’ve not had any nausea which was panicking me although I’ve read that this is more common a bit later on, has anyone else experienced any sickness yet?

@turquoisebaby Im 5 weeks now and I have already told work well just my band 7s, I'm a nurse and there are things I can't do whilst pregnant and patients I can deal with and I wanted to stop nights. Plus with my cramps I have had to take time out during my shifts as at times as it's been so painful. My best friend also knows as she is pregnant and it's been good to have her advice.

@turquoisebaby We want to wait longer than last time lol We had good intentions of waiting until 12 weeks so that we would have a scan photo but that plan didn't work out! Mostly because we live far away from some of our friends and family and the only opportunity we would have to tell them face to face was at 8 weeks but also because once I had my early scan I wanted to show people! I'm not sure when I told my brother but he then went on to tell his MIL. Which meant when I went to my SIL's birthday party after my mc, my brothers MIL was congratulating me etc. because she hadn't been updated! So I want to avoid that this time. There's nothing wrong with telling people early but I'd advise anyone doing so to tell people to keep it private so you can control who knows. Nothing worse than showing up to a party and having bad memories thrown in your face. Gosh I'm on a rant... to answer your question... I've already told my mum but I think we will wait for 12 weeks to tell others (if I can wait!). What about you?

Had blood test today hcg levels 241 i should be 4 weeks pregnant is this a normal levels if anybody can help really worried over previous ectopic in feb x

@Lovemartina2012 you can't really tell from one test. You are usually supposed to have 2 tests 47 hours apart and the HCG level should double or there abouts. Do you have another test booked?

@gizmosslave I'd be interested in joining the FB group (I'm actually in the other Feb thread) but I'd like to wait a little while. I've had 3 MCs last year and still not yet 5 weeks so a bit early for me. If I can get to the 12 week mark then I'd love to join. Hope all you ladies are doing well.

Iv got doctors today to discuss everything over so should get appointment for tomorrow hopefully
