Out of breath climbing the stairs at home Blush

Can't wait for the nausea to end!!

LexieLoos · 17/04/2019 19:58

Can I join please!
Pretty sure I’ve added myself to the Google doc....
@ACuppaSolvesEverything I’m glad you mentioned getting out of breath, I thought I was just seriously unfit!

Gorgeous scan pics everyone!
We had a private scan at 6 weeks and the NHS one at 10+ 4 and it’s crazy to see how much baby has changed already

12 week scan is on the 29th so I’m counting down the days!

ACuppaSolvesEverything · 17/04/2019 21:48

@LexieLoos my scan is on the 29th too and I’m also counting down the days! Although I had an early scan at 8 weeks to check everything was ok. I couldn’t get my head round the fact I was actually pregnant and was sure something was wrong but little bubba was there with the heart beating 😍 Can’t wait to see him/her again!

Very relieved others are struggling to breathe too, thanks for the reassurance ladies!

ACuppaSolvesEverything · 17/04/2019 21:51

Correction - I couldn’t get my head round the fact I AM actually pregnant.

Still not quite believing it even now 😂

tigsyboo · 18/04/2019 02:55

Anyone else suffered from 'middle of the night' sickness??
Had virtually no sickness throughout but in the last week woke up 3 times between 1/2am feeling queasy, tonight resulting in dry heaving into the loo!! Had some ritz crackers and settled down now but obvs now WIDE awake!! 🙈

Sessy19 · 18/04/2019 06:17

@tigsyboo, I’ve had pretty awful nausea that starts between 3-4am and gets worse til 11pm, from about 8w4. Its now not every day but more like every other or every two and I’m 11w. It’s been pretty awful. I hope it passes quick for you xx

Preggosaurus9 · 18/04/2019 06:21

@tigsyboo yes, waking around midnight and being sick or sometimes managing to get a bowl of cereal down me and stop it!! Then wide awake of course and looking on my phone makes me even worse so.. Grin DH not impressed, poor bairn needs his beauty sleep.

RainhamRosie · 18/04/2019 07:06

I woke up this morning with no nausea and really reduced breast pain. I know symptoms fluctuate but I'm having a little freak out. No bleeding, spotting or cramps though so maybe I'm just having a very good day? 😰

Smiffette · 18/04/2019 07:34

Looks like I'll be leaving this group... 😢
Had some bleeding Tuesday night so rang maternity unit who said to go to A&E, blood tests and external exam of tummy and they were happy to send me home but wanted me to go to EPAC Wednesday.
Had an appointment and internal scan to show I was measuring only 6 weeks despite bleeding only starting at 11 weeks. Looks like a MMC 😞
Have to go back next Wednesday to confirm for sure but there was no heart beat and as my cycle is so regular my dates must be right.

TrashKitten10 · 18/04/2019 08:27

So sorry @Smiffette. Hope that you are getting lots of love and support at this horrible time Thanks

Mintypea5 · 18/04/2019 08:29

@Smiffette sending you love. I've been there it's heartbreaking. Xx

Lozzlepop · 18/04/2019 08:34

Aph413 · 18/04/2019 09:23

So sorry @Smiffette, I'll be thinking of you

jacquesjacques · 18/04/2019 09:27

@Smiffette I'm so sorry my love, I know that pain all too well. Hope you have lots of support; be kind to yourself. Xx

@tigsyboo yes! I woke up past two nights needing a wee and feeling nauseous. Weird!

@RainhamRosie how far are you now? I'm 9+6 and my sickness and boob pain have been reduced for a couple of days. I think it's fairly common so try not to worry (I know easier said than done!)

Smiffette · 18/04/2019 10:18

Thank you, a couple of friends be so they've been really good.
My boss also knew and has been here herself so been really supportive x

jacquesjacques · 18/04/2019 10:39

@Smiffette a supportive boss makes all the difference. Make sure you get as much rest as you can and look after yourself, I hope the next few days and weeks go as smoothly as possible for you. X

RainhamRosie · 18/04/2019 10:49

@jacquesjacques I'm 9+4 I know I'm probably just being a bit paranoid but I just feel so incredibly helpless.

@Smiffette It's great you have a supportive boss, I experienced something similar and my boss was just wonderful. Makes a horrible time just a little less stressful. 💐

jacquesjacques · 18/04/2019 11:01

@RainhamRosie not at all! If you google 'symptoms reduced at 9weeks' it seems it's really common, but also that it's more than normal to worry about it. It worries me too!

BananasAreTheSourceOfEvil · 18/04/2019 11:31

@smifette I’m so sorry xx Flowers

AmyLo · 18/04/2019 12:39

hey I'm 41, FTM and due 8th November but haven't heard from hospital yet about booking in / first scan and patience is beginning to run out and turn to worry.. Anyone else had delays waiting for UCLH? (OMG just realised that makes the oldest on this list - aagghh!)
