@Bean1987 hope you are ok, that must have been scary, some people are so irresponsible it drives me mad. I got my scan date on my app yesterday, 4 weeks today so I will be 11+6.

@Mintypea5 so sorry to hear about your miscarriage, It must be so hard as it seems things are so similar but i am sure your little bean is safe and warm, just keep positive and take it easy that weekend 😘

We just have one Maternity unit where I live for the whole region (which I think is crazy for a population of 370,000) luckily there is a midwife led unit at the hospital just 5 minutes from my house and thats where the scan will be and all midwife appointments will be at the doctors so the only time I go to the maternity units is when I give birth which I think is slightly odd, would like to know in advance what the facilities are like. Basically there is not enough funding to heat the large very nice spacious rooms at the hospital closest to me which means a drive to the other hospital, would be great to have an alternative especially for those people who live out into the countryside.

@BananasAreTheSourceOfEvil I was the same as you I was spotting at 5 and 7 weeks. Went for an internal scan turns out I have a septum ulterus but like yours. The babies in the left side and the right side thinks I'm not pregnant so it sheds the blood every few weeks.

Anyone mind if I ask about bras? I've already outgrown all of mine. Shall I buy bigger size normal bras or is there something special I should be looking for?

@L0ULEW I just bought a new normal bra but a size bigger! I outgrew fairly quickly too.

@Lozzlepop are you in the NE? Sounds similar to a couple of towns around me!

12 week scan letter waiting for me when I got home!

Anyone else massively suffering with food aversion ?

Hi everyone, first time posting in this group. I'm due 20.11.19 and this is my second baby. Hope you're all feeling ok. I've been feeling pretty awful with almost constantly feeling sick. Think my husband is fed up of my moaning now so have brought the winge to you guys!

loulew last time I bought a load of soft non underwired bras from Asda and a couple from eBay and wore those to death. I think in a few weeks I'll be doing the same again as the band gets really tight quick!

Feeling a bit stressed out tonight. I've spent all day crying at various points for no reason apart from being hormonal. Excited to get my scan letter but now I'm anxiety mode and keep thinking I must be bleeding and rushing to check.

Previous miscarriages and very difficult pregnancy last time seem to have scarred me

So we told the step-sons (who live with us 5 days a week) they were THRILLED!! Little one so chuffed he is going to be a BIG brother!! Went to bed with big smiles!! Obviously their bat-shit crazy jealous mother will try and take the shine off it when she has contact this weekend (like when she points out our dog isn't really their dog, as I had her before I knew them!) but it'll fall on deaf ears as they are chuffed to bits 😊

@Mintypea5 suffering with food aversion big time! Can't even face a cup of tea ! Struggling to get my 5 a day too as other than fruit in the morning I can't face anything.

Also absolutely exhausted post 3pm ... currently posting from bed !

Could I be added to the list due 1/12/19 I believe! I'm currently 7+2 I'm 24 and this is baby no.1

And right now it's been hell! I've been in hospital already for dehydration on a drip, and my bloody sickness is ALL DAY. someone tell me how to ease this? I haven't even a solid meal in about a week I can't keep anything down but water but thought I'd risk oasis today and that's gone down well 😌

I got my nursing bras from amazing (less than £2 each so each to use while bf and the most comfortable things EVER!!) I've started wearing them when I'm home on weekends etc

@Mintypea5 cooking meat makes me want to hurl but apart from that my symptoms seems to be fading 🙁hope everything is as should be! Sorry you are feeling down, you just need to keep positive lovely and tell yourself that history wont repeat itself 😘

@tigsyboo aww what a cute pic! It makes me even more excited for my scan (I didn’t think that was possible!)

Is anyone finding they’re getting really breathless when walking? I’m not the fittest person but it’s getting embarrassing, especially as work don’t know and half the time I can barely hold a conversation when walking up stairs

@Lozzlepop oh she is a dream.
Chose a no good boyfriend over her kids when she was told he was trouble and a risk to them, and was then surprised when the courts said the kids should live with their dad and I! She's truely vile.
The boys are 9 and 6. They are lovely!! So happy about being the big brothers ... not sure the eldest will feel the same when he turns 18 and we say "right then mate, enjoying babysitting for a week while me and your dad pop off to Mexico!!" 😂😂😂😂

@tigsyboo congratulations that's absolutely gorgeous! My letter has just arrived for 2nd May when I'll be 11+6, so excited!

@tigsyboo that's an amazing scan pic. Isn't it incredible how fast they grow. This was our scan at 8+4. A week tomorrow till our 12 week scan and I can't wait!

@ACuppaSolvesEverything I'm getting out of breath easily too! Ran up the stairs earlier to make a phone call and had to take 5 minutes to get my breath back first

@ACuppaSolvesEverything Yes, I have to walk between our buildings and the 1 and 1/2 mile daily uphill walk almost kills me. The girl I go to the gym with is off this week so I have managed to not have to go and bust my ass there lol!

@thumper59 eeeeek how exciting, not long to wait at all. We have our early scan on Saturday when I will be 8+3 V. excited!!!
