I wonder how many Threads we'll end up having made by the time November comes around :)

Aph413 · 22/03/2019 17:09

Hopefully a lot. I do enjoy a nice shiny new one though, full threads take forever to load on my phone Blush

Woohoo! Loving this group!

LittleAndOften · 22/03/2019 17:13

@unsureursula I'm glad it's not just me! I'm boring myself with moaning about how crap I feel Grin

I've been getting lots of cramps and twinges on the left-hand side which the nurse told me at my scan is because it was the left ovary that ovulated and left a cyst. Apparently this is normal. Who knew?!

Aph413 · 22/03/2019 17:24

@LittleAndOften I've been getting right handed cramps and I had to google myself into a frenzy to discover what corpus luteum pain is and that it can be completely normal

OP posts:
LittleAndOften · 22/03/2019 17:30

@aph413 I just had to Google that. Obviously the nurse didn't think my pregnancy brain could cope with proper medical terminology Grin. She's probably right...

Mintypea5 · 22/03/2019 17:34

Been hit with a massive wave of exhaustion today Sad

So glad it's Friday

Aph413 · 22/03/2019 17:35

@LittleAndOften I wasn't relaxing just reading it was normal so I kept going until I discovered it had a name Blush

Same here @Mintypeas5 I ended up having a nap on my lunch break! Not sure how I'm going to cope with my 12 on 2 off work pattern as things go on!

LittleAndOften · 22/03/2019 18:04

@aph413 I thank you as now I will sound like I know what I'm talking about when I tell my midwife on Monday. And you're allowed to relax Wink

Bella1989 · 22/03/2019 18:04

@mintypea5 Same here! I also had a nap this afternoon!

Waitingformyrainbow · 22/03/2019 18:32

OhMarnie · 22/03/2019 18:33

I feel like I could sleep for a week! Even my students were noticing after I yawned for the 100th time like Miss...you ok? 😂

Tonight DH and I are getting a curry and then I'm sure I will be in bed by 9 💤 😴

What have you ladies got planned for tonight?

Aph413 · 22/03/2019 18:36

@OhMarnie I'm in work til 9 tonight then I'm going straight to bed and sleeping til Monday Grin. Luckily it's a quiet evening. Any fun plans?

Thanks for the new thread 👍 I’m putting on a brave face at a works do tonight but I so don’t want to be here! I just want to be at home with food haha. Can’t stop thinking about the little one and what could be... as well as back ache and take away 😂

NutterPotter · 22/03/2019 19:08

I have back ache cramps and nausea meant to have a meal out but am worried I will fall asleep xx

WombatStewForTea · 22/03/2019 19:15

Ooh can I join? Got my bfp yesterday! Due approx 25th Nov by my calculations

Mintypea5 · 22/03/2019 19:47

@WombatStewForTea welcome!! Congratulations

Just putting the baby to bed, then my 7 yr old ... DH wants to watch the football so I think that's my excuse to read / fall asleep before 9!

Feeling a bit bad work have contacted me as I'm going back from maternity leave start of April. I'm moving posts as my job was taken away from me while I was on maternity and the new guy I'll be working with wants to give me a call Monday so I don't find it too daunting going back after 9 months .... it's very sweet but now I feel bad that eventually I'll have to tell them I'm up the duff again

cakeordeath89 · 22/03/2019 20:42

@Mintypea5 I honestly don't know how you do it. The thought of one baby is enough to stress me out!
I'm sure that they will accommodate you, I know it might be a bit awkward but you're still their employee.
Can they take your job away while you're on maternity leave? Thought they had to honour your existing role? I'm concerned my company might do a re-jig of roles when I go off as when my colleague quit, they basically moved the workloads around rather than hiring any one new.

Has anyone found that if they nick/cut themselves (just managed to do it shaving in the shower) that they bleed way more than usual? Can't get it to stop at the moment, doubt the plaster will be on long :(

Lozzlepop · 22/03/2019 20:52

Thanks for sorting the new thread!

Anyone else bloated as hell? I’m
So tired I doubt I’ll be able to stay awake past 10, the fact I only got 5 hours sleep last night isn’t helping! 😴 the OH parents just invited us out for drinks tomorrow night lol

FirstTimeMama91 · 22/03/2019 20:57

Anyone else's boobs growing loads? Especially my left one lol feels like it's atleast a cup bigger than my right! Hoping they'll even out eventually lol
