Hi all, cautiously joining you - I’m 6w2d but not having many symptoms compared to my previous pregnancies so I’m scared that this could be a loss. I’ve had very sore boobs since I found out a couple of weeks ago, but no nausea. I’ve been knackered but I’ve got a stressful job and a toddler so could easily be that. Trying to hold out as long as possible for a scan but we go away in two weeks and I think I’d rather know before then either way 😢

LittleAndOften · 24/03/2019 19:56

Well I had a small dinner this eve and now all I can think about is food haha. Can't win!

@shewhojuggles I completely get your anxiety. I lost my last 3 and having an early scan has really reassured me x

Sleepyquest · 24/03/2019 20:42

Hey everyone!
Feeling super sick and quite frankly awful at 7weeks. Got an early private scan booked for Wednesday. Have accidentally told most of our families which I’m hoping wasn’t the wrong decision. The days are dragging and dragging, but each day that passes I feel more positive that it’ll all be ok 😊

Hope everyone else is doing well! I dunno how I am going to cope another 7 or so weeks feeling like this!

Shewhojuggles · 24/03/2019 22:21

I’m sorry about yours losses @littleandoften that’s so tough xx

LittleAndOften · 24/03/2019 22:49

@shewhojuggles thank you. It's been a bumpy ride but this time I had holistic acupuncture which I can't be certain but may have made all the difference. I was recommended by someone who had success after losing 9. She now has 3 children Smile

TrashKitten10 · 25/03/2019 06:35

Morning all,

After a week of 24/7 nausea, I feel like a new woman at 7+1. I know this will be me definitely speaking too soon and I'll be back by lunchtime to report that I feel awful but right now I feel so good haha. I even managed (and enjoyed) an entire slice of peanut butter toast for breakfast!

Now just to enjoy however long this lasts for and not end up worrying it means things are going wrong. Pregnancy is such a struggle, you're either feeling rubbish with symptoms or feeling rubbish over a lack of symptoms.

Hope everyone has a good Monday :)

Chanel05 · 25/03/2019 07:06

Feeling nauseous all the time at the moment. The thought of any food pretty much turns my stomach. I'm managing to eat but the nausea comes back within the hour after eating. Got an early scan tonight 6+6

FirstTimeMama91 · 25/03/2019 07:22

Soooo tired 😭😴😴 roll on hometime!!

Leleophants · 25/03/2019 09:37

Anyone still not got a midwife appointment? 8 weeks tomorrow. Think I'll struggle to leave it to 13 weeks before telling work. Anyone else feel like they really need a break?

jacquesjacques · 25/03/2019 09:53

@Leleophants have you called them? Where I am you have to book your own midwife appointment for 8-10 weeks and then they send you a scan appointment for 12 weeks.

Leleophants · 25/03/2019 10:07

I tried to refer through gp but wasn't getting through so referred myself again directly to midwife team. Still waiting to hear. I'll call them again but doesn't help the anxiety!

AcatcalledGary · 25/03/2019 10:10

Ive had my scan and so relieved to say all is well. I have some gestation bruising which explains the bleeding but the foetus is developing normally and I’m officially 6+5 which is one day more than I thought. We also saw the heart beating which is so weird. Our baby now has the nickname Blob due to the scan pic. I’m so glad I have this and the FB group otherwise I think I would go bonkers!

jacquesjacques · 25/03/2019 10:30

@Leleophants that's so frustrating! Bless you. I'd give them a call back and nudge them along x

@AcatcalledGary that's wonderful news!! Thrilled for you x

BananasAreTheSourceOfEvil · 25/03/2019 10:51

Hello ladies...

Apparantly Im not out of the running yet Grin

Went back five days after seeing empty gestational sac, to see sac+yolk sac...nurse putting me at 5+3 rather than my 7+3 (so my charting skills are shite). Another scan next week where I hope theres a foetus this time!

Have very high hcg levels apparently.

Not out of the woods, and told not to get too excited, but after spending since last Wednesday in limbo waiting to miscarry, its hard not to be!

Lozzlepop · 25/03/2019 11:43

@MummyWalker9 My OH wants to find out the sex whereas I would like a surprise, its a tough one!

@Aph413 that sounds like a rough night after a 15 hour shift!

@CherryVanilla7 welcome, congrats on your BFP

@WombatStewForTea I had a bit of cramping for the first few days which like you I thought was AF coming, it has eased off now.

@Avf88 were you trying for a while? My OH was delighted which kind of took me by surprise but he's been actively researching buggies etc already, I'm sure your OH will cone around just get him involved and in his own time he will get there!

@TrashKitten10 glad to hear you are feeling better!

@BananasAreTheSourceOfEvil that sounds promising, I hope its good news for you ☺️

I have just made my booking in appointment, managed to get one for April 12th which was sooner than I expected. Making it feel real now, think we will book our early scan in for the weekend after that 🤞🏻Hope everyone is having a great Monday, I am so so tired I cant wait to get home!

Sessy19 · 25/03/2019 11:48

Sad to report that I’m out of the running this time. Had a big bleed on Friday and heading to EPU at lunchtime today for a scan to confirm nothing viable. Nearly made it to 8wks. Devastated. Not sure how to feel, resigned and sad I guess.
Good luck to you all for the rest of your pregnancies. Stay happy and healthy and keep supporting each other. Sessy19 xx

jacquesjacques · 25/03/2019 11:55

Oh @Sessy19 I'm so, so sorry. I've been there and I know how painful and unfair it all is. All the very best of luck to you on your journey. Big hugs lady xxxxx

TheGruffalosLoveChild · 25/03/2019 12:02

I’m so sorry Sessy. That’s horrible for you and really unfair. I hope you have some good support in real life Flowers x

Lozzlepop · 25/03/2019 12:12

@Sessy19 so sorry to hear this, sending lots of love your way Xxx

Waitingformyrainbow · 25/03/2019 14:22

@Sessy19 I'm so so sorry, take care of yourself xx

thumper59 · 25/03/2019 14:29

I've hit 8 weeks today and gosh am I exhausted again the tiredness went away for a few weeks but it's well and truly come back now! So have the waves of nausea!

thumper59 · 25/03/2019 14:30

@Sessy19 I am so sorry to read that 💕

Sessy19 · 25/03/2019 14:46

So...in a spurious turn of events, the scan at EPU found a heartbeat, and I am still pregnant! I’m pretty floored to be honest....but of course, thoroughly delighted!! I am still getting morning sickness but assumed I was still dealing with hormonal fallout. Turns out to be still completely viable, measuring 7+4, 11.6mm strong heartbeat! Over the moon 🥳🥳🥳

Waitingformyrainbow · 25/03/2019 14:47

Hi ladies, did anyone get to hear the heartbeat during the early scans? I had mine last Friday, I was measuring 7+2 and heartbeat was 151. I've now read a post that it's unsafe to do this so early on! Xx

Waitingformyrainbow · 25/03/2019 14:48

@Sessy19 that's absolutely wonderful!! I'm so pleased for you xx
