Due next week and fed up!!!!!!

Due date next Wednesday. Sweep
On Monday did nothing. I’m so fed up!!!! Hubby has banned me from driving. Mom shows up every day to help me walk my son to nursery because she’s scared I’m going to pop on my way! House is spotless. Washing all done. Shopping all done. Hospital bags ready. I am trying to embrace the end of what will be my last pregnancy but aghhhh!!!! I’m fed up!!!! Anyone else feeling like this? Just about to order a spicy curry with pineapple- wish me luck!!!!

39+1 for me today, few twinges last night after bedroom dance and a bit of plug this morning I think... going to start a vigorous routine of sex, curries and comedy on Netflix 😂 got another sweep on Monday 🤞keep picturing baby and imagining breastfeeding etc etc to help my oxytocin too 💕

I had a sweep yesterday, we did the need twice and Iv lost more plug today and had period cramps all day yesterday and some today with lots of BH. Got another sweep tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed for everyone 🤞🏻.

My baby girl arrived this afternoon and is 8lb of perfection!

That third sweep at 41 weeks did the trick! lol

I think maybe perhaps contractions have started... eek trying not to get too excited. They've been irregular for about 3 hours - not very painful as such, but more than just 'tightenings' - like intense period cramps - do you ladies think that sounds like labour?! No show yet...

@LuckyKitty13 sounds like it could be something! I've had back twinges, period pain and lightening crotch for about a week now though. Got to 2cm dilated and had bloody show but nothings progressed hope it does for you!

Spoke to mil earlier and had to bite my tongue when she asked if there were any signs at all... ''Erm, yeah so I'm losing bits of my mucus plug and me and your son are having sex every day but otherwise my cervix is being rather boring'' 😂😂😂

I'm conscious it could go on for days! They are sharper/more intense than I expected. I've let me doula know but told her not to come yet until I know if it's the real deal! Time to run a hot bath I think.

Nowt much here still... Had a bit of a preggo rage this morning as the kticheb was a bombsite. Banged a tin on the floor, had a reallllllllllyyyyy good cry and feel better now. Probably will spend the day eating cake and drinking tea, sweep tomorrow afternoon 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Baby girl born this morning 3.14am. 7lb 11oz. Quick and straightforward- no drugs, small tear. Breastfeeding well - a wonderful experience. We were home by 10am.

How are you guys doing? Fed up? Or any signs that babies are on the way?
Iv had two failed sweeps since Thursday, which lead me to bursting into tears in the middle of next and got another today, although I imagine it will be another failed 🙄.
My partner says it's like living with a dragon at the moment 😂 haha!
Had such a productive day yesterday doing loads was on my feet from 10am and didn't sit until 6pm, hoping that something would have got moving but literally just gave me back ache! Xx

@shiny888 lots of signs, still no baby! DTD yesterday about 7pm, then had a bath. Contractions in my back started about 8.30pm every 10/12 minutes until midnight. Fell asleep and woke up 5/6 times between 12-6am with pains. Have been fairly regular since 6am so started timing them again.

Also lost more bloody mucus overnight, seems my show has been going on for days now feeling frustrated at my body as it's doing all the 'right things' yet nothing is turning into active labour. Feels like I've been and am going to be in this latent stage for days still. 2cm dilated, fully engaged, semi-regular contractions yet no baby!

Sorry to see your sweeps haven't worked so far, hoping the next one will be the one for you 🤞🏼 have you found them painful? I've had one and it was worse than I had imagined
