@Scoobysue10 yeh I'm so glad it's gone the sickness, hopefully you can reduce your tablets

LaLaL · 08/03/2018 19:05

Hi everyone! 13w6d here!
Are there any Facebook groups for September 2018 babies? Would love to join X

Ktn35 · 08/03/2018 19:34

I am exhausted too. So behind in my work. Just decided not to worry myself too much and do the best I can as I was getting so worked up about it!

TheBlindspot · 08/03/2018 20:17

@LaLaL I've set up a secret Facebook group, send me a PM and I'll get you added.

bluees · 08/03/2018 22:20

Hi ladies.
I am 12+3 today. Had my 12 weeks scan. All went ok now I am waiting for my blood results for syndromes so really panicking.
Tomorrow I will be breaking news at work. But still worried. Should I or shouldn't 😒

Helen290 · 09/03/2018 07:47

Ok might of spoke to soon about my nausea been sick twice today already 🙈😫, so disappointing been feeling good all week.

Ktn35 · 09/03/2018 08:04

I've already thrown up 4 times this morning too Helen. So miserable isn't it. I'm so tired of it. I actually think I'm a bit depressed because of it. Went to the pub for dinner with my partner last night and couldn't anything or barely talk. Felt so sorry for him as we haven't been out in ages 😩

snowy1982 · 09/03/2018 08:09

I got hit hard with the nausea and vomiting again last night. Had been feeling fine the went to have a shower and started to feel very ill when I was in it (around half 8) got out and was sick 3 times before going to bed at half 9. Still feeling ropey this morning but so far no more sickness (have been up since half 5)

CJ1990 · 09/03/2018 08:43

@bluees try not to worry. Chances are your fine :) I can’t speak to much as I’m a constantly worrying! Had my scan, waiting for my blood test results too (although it’s been two weeks so assuming they would have called by now if anything too bad!).
All I’ve been trying to do is little milestones. 12 week scan, test results (still waiting but assuming fine!) next is 16 week appointment to hear heartbeat..it’s hard but I think things happening after 12 weeks are much rareer than before 12 so there is that :)

CJ1990 · 09/03/2018 08:45

@bluees in regard to telling people that’s totally up to you. I’ve told family, friends and close people at work and management. Everyone else will find out after I hear the heartbeat at 16 weeks. That’s the next big milestone for me when I feel I’ll be able to relax a lot more.

Helen290 · 09/03/2018 09:04

@Ktn35 it is miserable isn't it! 😫, it was making me very unhappy as well it's hard for people to understand if they are not going through it themselves I got told at work that I'm not I'll I'm pregnant so in other words stop your moaning lol I did kick off and they said sorry , I am 14+ 6 weeks so I thought it would be gone lol, it was so much better this week I had more energy eating more felt happy then feel shit today, ready for the weekend yay!!! lol

PinkyPromise77 · 09/03/2018 09:14

@snowy - vivid dreams over here for sure... and @niclw the exhaustion is unreal... I get back from work go to bed for a nap around 5:30pm, sleep for 3h then get up eat something and back in bed about 10pm and sleep until morning about 7:30am and I wake up tired.... been like than last 2 weeks!!!!! Hope it gets better...

@scoobysue how's your sickness? did you manage to cut down on pills? ladies if you are suffering I would urge you to go to your GP and ask for pills they are a life saver for me... I would be sick up to 10x day and it was awful but having my pills (haven't been brave to cut back on them yet) it's really makes life so much easier... no sickness and just sometimes light nausea but compared to what it used to be it's nothing :)

@bluess it is it's really up to you and you probably never stop worry about things. The worry will not help either and I think for me personally if anything went wrong I think I would like people to know and if work knows too then if you need few days off etc they would be more understanding. Also this doesn't mean anything will go wrong and I believe if you want to share your news with people you should :)

PinkyPromise77 · 09/03/2018 13:29

I've just received my next scan appt and it's for exactly 20 weeks based on my new due date they gave me yesterday at my first scan. They told me I'm due five days earlier than my early scan showed so due 11th sept. But am very surprised I got the new date so soon.

CJ1990 · 10/03/2018 10:10

@niclw all happens really quick doesn’t it! We got the 20 week appointment booked in the same day we had our 12 week scan. They asked us to book when we walked out! Very surprised. Everything seems to happen really fast yet really slow..!

greeny506 · 11/03/2018 05:47

Currently on belated honeymoon in South Africa and have noticed that nausea is easing and appetite is finally coming back! Also managed to have a coffee so I must be better. Threw up yesterday morning but I think it was because I took my vitamin tablet on an empty stomach as it was literally 2 mins after I took it and then I went straight to breakfast! 🙈 scan is the day after we get back from holiday and will be exactly 13wks then (currently 11+2). It's all getting a bit real now!

RedRobin7 · 11/03/2018 08:06

@greeny506 Wow how nice for you to be in South Africa! I hope it's taking your mind off things and you're having a wonderful time!

I thought I'd be last in the group to have my scan! Mine is on 20th when I'm 12+3. I don't really have any symptoms at the moment apart from being off most foods and having horrendous migraines. It would be nice to get my appetite back! Oh I'm also still having really weird vivid dreams... just woke up from hanging out with Justin Bieber and Emma Willis 🙈

CJ1990 · 11/03/2018 11:18

Does anyone know the average time you should feel baby move? I thought I felt flutters at 13 weeks (too early I no and my heart New that but got excited!) but nothing past few days so just waiting for the first kicks. Over 14 weeks now. Is 16 the normal mark for people? X

AnnaLuna · 11/03/2018 11:26

@CJ1990 I am 15 weeks and haven’t felt anything yet.

niclw · 11/03/2018 11:28

I keep thinking I can feel something moving but everything I've read says between 18 and 20 weeks for first baby.

CJ1990 · 11/03/2018 11:35

@niclw yeah me too, I think I’m just going to put it down to me wanting to feel something! And wait until a few more weeks to worry about it :)

niclw · 11/03/2018 11:48

@CJ1990 I wondered if it was cramping but considerably less painful than previously or body parts moving position as the uterus moves up. Who knows though? I'm sure we will feel something soon.
