@CJ I'm 5'2 and have not put on much weight either.... if I wasn't so sick and tired I would probably not even know I was pregnant :)

Well hopefully it means we will not get massive when we do get our bumps hehehe :)

Sounds like we’re pretty much the same :) only a week ahead of you. I’ve only put on one pound which I find hard to believe the amount I’m eating and no morning sickness!
I look bloated but it’s deffo not baby bump. It’s squishy and I lay flat this morning To try and find the hard uterus people mention..but I just looked normal and I think if I pressed any harder to find it my organs wouldn’t thank me ha

PinkyPromise77 · 05/03/2018 11:59

yup bloated lol for sure but that's not baby belly although if I get any fatter I will pretend it's baby bump hie hie hie :)

when I lay flat there's nothing as well and same with the hard uterus.... I don't want to poke it too much but definitely nothing hard about it...

I’m 11 weeks today!

Felt awful this morning so went to be sick. After that though I feel great! I hardly feel sick at all which is great as I’ve been struggling but also a worry.

I do feel slightly sick but nothing like I have been.

ShanC97 · 05/03/2018 13:18

Hi guys! This might sound a little out of the ordinary but I have a scan tomorrow and I am so anxious and worried they’re not going to find a heartbeat I’m taking pregnancy tests nearly every week and it’s driving me crazy!! And reassurance would be so helpful right now!! XxSad

CJ1990 · 05/03/2018 13:31

@ShanC97 don’t worry. Chances are you’ll be fine if you’ve had no bleeding or hurrendous cramps :) I no me saying that probably doesn’t help, as it didn’t help me! I’m still the same and have had my 12 week scan Hmm. My issue is lack of symptoms but both ends of the scale are just as stressful I think (no symptoms or all the symptoms!)
In regards to taking the tests Tho I would stop. After a certain amount of weeks they stop working as the hormone is too high to read so that’ll just make you feel worse if you see that. Mine never gave a consistent line. Sometimes one was lighter than the other and it didn’t help.
Let us know how it goes :) it’ll be fine x

PinkyPromise77 · 05/03/2018 13:46

Try not to worry about it @ShanC97. At this stage there is nothing you can do but simply wait to see what the scan shows. You will always worry I am sure even after the scan but try to keep calm and hopefully you will see heartbeat tomorrow and all is well.

You may not listen to the heartbeat. We didn't as the lady doing scan explained in order to do so there is a certain amount of energy that needs to be sent towards the baby and at this point they would like to avoid it but they will be able to say from the scan if the heartbeat is regular or not and if all is ok. So fingers crossed for you hun!

Hope all goes well :)

Pinkypromise77, I am 14w+3 and no bump just yet.

AnnaLuna · 05/03/2018 16:31

Got myself a doppler the other day so I can be reassuared that baby is still there as I don’t have many pregnancy symptoms anymore and I worry about every twinge 🙈😀
Found baby’s heartbeat straight away 👍

Scoobysue10 · 06/03/2018 06:29

I am 14+4 with baby number 3. Still no bump. But puttung on weight as can't stop eating crisps. Chocolate and sweets. Lol.
I am suffering constipation at the moment so quite bloated. Taking a trip to the chemist today.

PinkyPromise77 · 06/03/2018 09:42

Good luck for your scan today @ShanC97 xXx

Thank you I’m feeling very emotional! Xxx

Helen290 · 06/03/2018 11:29

I'm 14 +3 and have a tiny bump however I think that's more being bloated then baby lol 🙂

Helen290 · 06/03/2018 12:11

Finally I think my nausea might be getting better I felt only a tiny bit sick this morning and I wasn't actually sick yay!! 🤸🏻‍♂️🙂 I also feel like I have a bit more energy starting to feel the Benefit of the second trimester 🤓.

AnnaLuna · 06/03/2018 12:31

ShanC97, good luck for today. Let us know how it goes xx

Scoobysue10 · 06/03/2018 12:35

Helen290.
YAY that's fab news. I have felt better this wk. Not as tired and I can get hungry now without feeling sick and retching. I'm thinking of cutting tablets down next wk but nervous about doing it.

CJ1990 · 06/03/2018 16:18

Is anyone else struggling to get excited? Feel free to call me silly! But just keep worrying..! And it’s really annoying me. Had a great 12 week scan but now panicking they won’t pick the heartbeat up at the 16 week one. I’m analysis everything from having no bump, no symptoms and generally being a crazy person! Anyone got any ideas on how to relax and accept that things will be fine? X

Loonyluna16 · 06/03/2018 19:23

Omg I didn't believe how strong my sense of smell was going to get. My poor DP farted next to me by accident and that was me throwing up. Stepped out the back door this morning to put a bag of rubbish in the bin and that set me off too. 😑 I'm a cleaner for a living and have to deal with smelly bins all day I can't be throwing up in clients houses all day 😥🤔

niclw · 06/03/2018 19:52

@CJ1990 I'm struggling to get excited at the moment too. I've got my scan Friday morning but kept worrying that they are going to say that something is wrong. I barely slept the other night because I couldn't stop thinking about it. I've decided to just focus on getting to Friday right now. After that it'll be try next midwife appt and so on.

CJ1990 · 06/03/2018 20:07

@niclw your probably right. Just one day at a time :)

AnnaLuna · 07/03/2018 08:52

ShanC97, how did your scan go? Hope everything is good.

snowy1982 · 08/03/2018 08:40

Anyone else having really vivid dreams (and sometimes really horrific dreams)? In the last week I have had ninja baby dream, a dream where I solved the political crisis in NI, one about a tidal wave (separate issue but after a difficult time when I was younger I had recurring dreams about tidal waves) and 3 dreams about miscarriage. I am waking up tireder than when I went to bed and sometimes in tears as the dreams are so realistic

LynseyA · 08/03/2018 09:54

Anyone else fed up with the amount of stuff you can’t ‘do’ whilst pregnancy? I’ve just come to the hairdressers for my tint and balayage (I’ve had the appointment for 2 months, from just before I found out I wasn’t pregnant) and they’ve told me I can’t have it because I’ve got to be over 4 months gone. I thought it was okay after first trimester? And I can’t have my laser hair removal so I feel like a massive hairy beast. I fee so low and can’t do any of the things I would normally do to cheer myself up.

niclw · 08/03/2018 11:57

@snowy1982 I had a very vivid dream last night about my newly qualified teacher in my dept walking into my lesson and forcibly removing me from the lesson because he didn't think I was good enough at teaching year 11 and he could do better. Woke up from it at 4.15 and didn't get back to sleep. I have parents evening tonight too 😢

Is anyone else finding that on Monday they are fine at work but by Wednesday that you are absolutely exhausted. I'm really struggling with my work load because of it. Scan tomorrow at 8.40 though .

snowy1982 · 08/03/2018 13:09

I am permantently exhausted at the minute @niclw, I have no energy or motivation for anything and I am snowed under at work at the minute and can’t keep on top of anything
