Thanks @mrsjkerry glad someone is organised, I didn't notice Grin

lydiangel83 · 29/09/2017 09:30

Well done @mrsjkerry I wonder if this’ll be my last threat as due 1/11!!

meltingmarshmallows · 29/09/2017 09:39

Just jumping on. I'm 33w with first pregnancy & currently hating life (lighthearted ... ish!). So uncomfortable!

mrsjkerry · 29/09/2017 10:36

Hello to all the 1st time Mums!!

This is my 1st baby, but I am only 11 weeks today, so still a long way to go.

Hope everyone's pregnancies are going smoothly.

ew1990 · 29/09/2017 10:52

@lydiangel83 no they don't make me feel sick just fed up off taking them

EastDulwichWife · 29/09/2017 11:03

Can I join? First time pregnancy too. Only 5+1, so very early days - feeling anxious about...everything!

Squigglefish · 29/09/2017 11:41

Hi all, just been catching up. Hope you're all doing well, a lot of us are on the final stretch now. I'm 35 weeks now, can't believe it.
I can sympathise with the ladies struggling with heartburn. It makes me want to be sick 😔
The pressure of this baby on my pelvis and back is crazy. Maternity leave can't come quick enough.

Missonhartbaby · 29/09/2017 13:12

Wow thread 5! This will be my last one... Hopefully we can make a new thread with everyone when babies start to arrive too! It's nice to have people in the same boat to talk to! 37+3 today!

meltingmarshmallows · 29/09/2017 13:16

@mrsjkerry Oh no! Poor you on the sickness front

mrsjkerry · 29/09/2017 13:19

Agreed @Missonhartbaby. Some of you I have been talking to since last November!

Having a bit of a bad day so probably just that, but I'm feeling like I'm not coping with being pregnant as well as others. Have a massively supportive DH who has been doing all of the cleaning and housework etc. But I feel as though all I do is moan and complain. I wouldn't want to be around me at the moment.

Feels like baby has dropped these past few days and I'm so uncomfortable, the thought of doing this for 7 or 9 more weeks is awful. Also have PGP which is just a bit relentless. If I go out and do something I can guarantee the next day I'll struggle.

Sorry to be moany but just wondering if anyone else feels like this sometimes! I know I've got a while to go too and really sympathise with all the ladies who are overdue and waiting for labour to start on this board.

ew1990 · 29/09/2017 13:24

@meltingmarshmallows I feel like all I do is moan, I'm incredibly grateful to be pregnant but the restless legs and heartburn that keep me up all night is starting to get me down, I keep getting pain in my ribs, my other half said I've got another 6 weeks to moan to my hearts content,

meltingmarshmallows · 29/09/2017 13:44

@ew1990 Ah that doesn't sound fun! I think that's it, I'm so grateful and happy. But it's hard not to let it get to you, especially with lack of sleep!

lydiangel83 · 29/09/2017 13:47

I’ve been on this thread since March! Shall we start a new mums thread as placeholder once babies start arriving!!

Bobbiepin · 29/09/2017 13:50

Placemarking

ew1990 · 29/09/2017 14:06

@lydiangel83 I think we should

lydiangel83 · 29/09/2017 14:10

How about something like ‘new mums from
End 2016?’ Would that cover it?

ew1990 · 29/09/2017 14:18

Yeah or first time mums or something,

mrsjkerry · 29/09/2017 16:00

We should do “First Time Mothers” As an ode to “First Time Pregnancy”

OP posts:
Missonhartbaby · 29/09/2017 17:58

Definitely! Seems crazy that for some of us it's really not long to go now!
I like first time mums 2017 or something. It doesnt really matter as we'll all know what it is anyway!
And @meltingmarshmallows we all like a good moan so I wouldn't worry about it! Haha

Missonhartbaby · 29/09/2017 17:58

2017/18!!

lydiangel83 · 29/09/2017 18:34

Done! Search ‘first time mums’ and you should find it! Don’t know how to copy / paste a link sorry!

mrsjkerry · 29/09/2017 19:03

Nope can’t find

ew1990 · 29/09/2017 19:48
