I hope my Boss is as nice then @DaisyLand. Its a bit confusing but I actually have 2 bosses. One is lovely, and one is a cow. So hoping nice boss can override horrid boss. Ha ha.
I'm only on a contract covering maternity leave so I won't be coming back anyway, so guess they can be as horrid to me as they like :( Fingers crossed that they won't.

I have read so many different theories about the gender. And every time I get a different answer.
Just keeping my fingers crossed that baby behaves on 6th November and I can find out the gender.
If I could choose, then I would probably go for girl (just swaying slightly towards wanting my 1st to be a girl) but will still be over the moon with a boy, which is what I think I am having.

Does anyone know Kate's exact due date, or do we just know it's April? Don't want her stealing our limelight ladies. Ha ha ;)

AnnaMadden · 25/10/2017 14:52

I think she's inconsiderate expecting the same month as us lol...I don't think they've given an exact date yet but they said she's due to give birth in April if she gives birth on her due date which suggests to me that it's early April as she she could give birth early so in March?

ClaireBear1986 · 25/10/2017 15:04

Very inconsiderate @AnnaMadden. Ha ha.

I was looking at some photos of her recently and thought my tummy looked quite huge compared to her, and so assumed she was expecting late April (as I am due 19th April)
My bump/bloat might actually be more to do with all the chocolate that I am craving (and eating) though, rather than the baby!! Was really hoping that I would crave fruit and veg. Wishful thinking there!!

AnnaMadden · 25/10/2017 15:25

She is very tiny in general though and dud suffer from that awful sickness so I doubt there's much fat on her bones lol. I'm due the 10th and look like I've eaten her never mind having a baby 😂

emvy · 25/10/2017 16:51

Bez, I'm so glad you were able to hear both their wonderfully reassuring little heartbeats so clearly today Smile

I'm now doing a you though and panicking because I made a stupid split second decision to jump from a bank, which was really high, to stop a dog from running into the road. I just couldn't bear to stand there and watch it run out but it was so high and definitely jolted me and has left me with cramps for the last 2 hours Sad I was with a friend who has 2 dc who keeps telling me the baby will be fine but I'm really regretting it... my baby is far more important than a random dog. So silly.

It's still so long until my 20 week scan and I have nothing booked in between - you guys are making me jealous with your early scans booked! I also just feel I want to see the baby for reassurance that it's still there, is still growing and is still healthy. I'd love to find out gender but all I can think about is that is ok. I also don't think any of these theories work really.. except the skull/nub theories possibly but then again there's still not enough evidence. It's fun to debate it though! I have my mw appointment a week tomorrow so I'm going to ask her to listen to the hb, fingers crossed she will.

MASSIVE respect to all of you ladies commuting by public transport/doing shift work! I'm exhausted from a mainly static job and drive to work!!

Bez9087 · 25/10/2017 20:34

Oh @emvy 😞 I’m sure bubs will be fine and the aches are ligament pain. I would have done the same as you Though I have a dog myself and always panic if he jolts etc. If the pain is there tomorrow phone maternity unit at your local hospital see if they can listen in for some reassurance for you xx

TeaAndToast85 · 25/10/2017 21:21

Haha I'm quite annoyed about Kate too! Grin I reckon she is due mid April. I have exactly no info to back that up with though

We are almost full on this thread. Has anyone started a new one? Shall we stop posting here now (except for a link to new thread) so it doesn’t fill up before we know where to find thread two?

Hello!
How is everyone today? Hope better than me, I had an awful night and feeling down today, went to the loo this morning at work and ended up crying because of anxiety :(
After 2 hours awake during the night, I managed to fall asleep just to dream I was going through a MC and partner seem like not worried at all :(

Havent felt mini me so much today , so that's even making me more worried , but i know it can happen.

Second time i dream about MC as I'm dreading to go through one and feel dissappointed with myself

Roll on Saturday just want to see mini me jumping around tho not that much as DH wants to know about the gender
