Have 3 lovely girls and am pg with 4th. I am hoping beyond hope that this baby is another girl. My scans on Tuesday and I'm making myself ill with thoughts it might be a boy.

I've been so lucky so far with getting girls, just praying its another beautiful girl. Anyone else have a gender preference?

Do the girls have a preference for a sister?? Cos you know what i think they'd love a baby brother!

I'm the oldest of 5 and have got 4 little brothers

When my mum was pregnant with the first one i really wanted a sister, cried when mum brought my first little brother home. But quickly fell madly in love with him. When the second one was on the way i still wanted a sister but when my second little brother was born he was so cute i didn't mind. In fact i was so in love with my little brothers that when mum was expecting twins I actually wanted her to have boys, which she did!!!!

Of course everyone felt sorry for me but i loved it. I just remember being a bit jealous sometimes cos they all had willies and i wanted one

My mum always seemed a bit anti-boyish for some strange reason....she had 5 girls and i think it was her just being frightened of the 'unknown' ..lol I think she saw boys as 'naughtier' and 'muckier'..lol Maybe her brothers were when she was little..lol

My first child was a girl and my mum was very pleased..then my second was a boy!!!!!!! and she realised that baby boys were just as gorgeous and as easy as baby girls. It was lovely to see her bond with the boys. I have since gone on to have 5 more boys and then a girl to finish the tribe. (2 girls, 6 boys)
Personally as toddlers i find girls a little more hard work! Boys (my boys anyway) seem a bit more lazy and a lot more loving.

I think we all know we all change a bit when pregnant-hormones cause haywire in our bodies...making the littlest feeling become a mountain! Try not to stress, you will love and enjoy a baby boy just as much as a baby girl....and i reakon your girls would absolutely adore a baby brother too!

Hope this helps!
