I scored 3 but anything below 5 I think is normal. It could just be walking around cars or someone having a smoke. If you have smoked in the past 12 hours it would be much higher.

Boozle80 · 13/02/2015 15:06

That's what they did to me Purple the midwife hunted me down...

Thepurplegiraffe · 13/02/2015 16:10

Turns out I didn't even need to go, they made a mistake. And no sign of a cm test!

Treaclepie19 · 13/02/2015 16:42

My reading was 3 too!
Haven't noticed being around smoke so it's a bit weird.

Anyway, all fine. Didn't have to have blood taken or urine test today, she said it will be done at my 12 week scan (I think).

Do they automatically send off for your scan appointment?

Also, have to be consultant led initially just because of stress/anxiety at the moment but should still be midwife led after that.

Interesting about the cm test I had no idea and my hospital are pretty up to date. It is in central London though, we'd surely all have quite a high a score just from walking around... I recently stopped jogging to work more because I'm worried about the fumes than anything.

ooh I want the CM test, I gave up smoking last Jan and it would make me very proud to get a low score!
