accidentally took an ibruprofen
lost my temper with partner x 362 & counting
goat cheese tart incident
work stress
sleeping in wrong position
shouting rude words in road rage - daily
failing to wash bagged salad
occasional cheeky glass of wine
not playing classical music to bump
insomnia

According to research my child will be psychologically, emotionally and physically damaged in some way....the stress of the guilt should be added to the list ("~)

Have also taken a few antihistamines

Eating more chocolate and sugar in fact eating more processed food and crap than I had before I was pregnant due to being oo tired to cook.

Also just being lazy.

Letting myself sleep on my back.

Not practicing pelvic floor :s that's more my issue though..

Leleophants · 10/06/2019 08:19

Am I the only one who struggles with pelvic floor?

@Tito835 kudos for bring this thread back! So therapeutic reading through it!

Okay so I have type 1 diabetes which I didn't monitor very well before I got pregnant and even though I'm doing better now morning sickness has meant my blood sugar is all over the place, I have so much guilt every time I'm too high or too low.

Then today is the first day I haven't being throwing up and so far I've eaten an apple turnover and a doughnut ... I feel like a bad diabetic and a bad mummy to be Sad

I love this thread!

I'm 33+3. Mine are:

  • eating too much junk
  • prioritising tv over reading birth book
  • sitting back so much that baby is back to back and breech

Haha I love this thread! I feel guilty about my sweet tooth, not excercising enough, being way less disciplined than I was pre-pregnancy, and being generally lazy :D
